I don't know what if anything you're thinking, but SOMEBODY has to own the land, if it's not somebody you can put a name to. it's somebody you don't want to catch you growing on their land.
Just trying to keep the jails unpopulated :)

Drought here is as bad as anywhere and I can't speculate on your odds of success but I would ask a question or 2. End of August weeds only 3' high:?: $300 to grow a few plants outside:?: For 300 you should be able to plant a field full. There has been no rain for nearly 2 months temps close to 100 everyday and weeds are 10' high. You must be in a desert. Weeds don't need water to grow. They can feed on humidity without rain. Sounds like they will not need to fly over it will be seen for many miles.

Maybe the budget includes water for the surrounding weeds to make his plant blend in???

I got nothin' against them, I think they're hilarious.
I like how Ronnie talks all his stuff, but is always screaming like a girl for Bobby to come to the rescue.
