So here's the response I got from the healing tree about taking a week to fill my order that I paid $50 express shipping on.

I ordered Monday. Paid Tuesday and was guaranteed delivery by Thursday. Thanks for the order guys. Feel great today after eating percs all day yesterday. Fucking retards. Why would I pay for express shipping if I was cool with you dragging your ass. And one of the oz was garbage. The others were nice.


This is the Healing Tree absolutely apologizing profusely to our member who we will not name but our owner has fired the manager who sent this reply and personally called this member to apologise for the absolutely unwarranted response given by this manager. We understand and can share with you that many who work at THT also have mental and physical issues so, they also use medical cannabis for treatment. This particular manager has had personal issues she's been dealing with and as a result for the past few weeks, her demeanour and attitude changed in the work place. As promised from the owner to this valued member, a package with $200 FREE Nebula strain has been sent to him and he will be receiving it by Monday or Tuesday if not earlier. We fight for our members and the Healing Tree values its reputation with the Vancouver Police Department. and our seniors who use us because our name has not been published in the papers among dispensaries who were shut down, plus the fact that our staff do not look like thugs. We are also very proud to be working closely with the BC Animal Wellness Center in terms of helping them administer dosages to their pet clients and we have many members who are finding our cana caps to be very effective for their pets. BC Children and Women's Hospital have called us specifically to ask for recommended dosages of Phoenix Tears to their clients. the Sheway group and the YWCA in the Downtown Eastside also support us and their members love our approach and friendly atmosphere. Well I am left with a positve feeling from them. I never asked them for a refund or anything for free. It is a very kind gesture. I will give them a honest review. lp's could learn a lesson from these guys. It's to bad it happend in the first place but they are being honest about what happend and have adressed my concers with the staff member.

Cant say anything bad about D's as they have their purpose and are CHEAPER than LP's

Well the package arrived. The nebula looks, smells and taste very nice. Nice sativaish high. The healing tree kept their word. Considering how this all played out I feel that they took care of the situation professionally once the initial bullshit with one manager happened. I honestly didn't expect anything to come form this thread. I wish the owner and whoever else was involved after the fact a very merry Christmas. Fyi I'm not a poster child for tht I'm a patient who had a problem and vented about it here. I never went on any other site to tell my story. I didn't leave any leafly or other reviews as it seems negative reviews disappear if dispensarys become sponsors there.

Well I may be a bit premature in doing so but I think this merits venting at the very least. I put an order into MPN, it's now past the expected date of arrival but my tracking # hasn't updated.

I called Canada Post to see if there was an issue, and they basically told me they have no clue where it is. Until an item is scanned in at another location it's status remains "in transit". They said wait 5-6 days to see if it turns up and to call them back if it doesn't. The real bitch of it all is that MPN is closed for holidays as of tomorrow, until Jan 5th. I have called MPN and made them aware of the situation as of earlier today. They said they would call back but who knows what can be done at this point. I just asked them if they had a policy for times when something doesn't arrive.(Fingers crossed it does mind you)

My main issue is having spent that kind of money so close to the holidays AND potentially being without meds for 2 weeks. My anxiety if fucken going apeshit right now. Although NOT the CC's error or fault, still a bad experience. Here's hoping it shows up tomorrow, if not I'm hooped

Canada post leaves lots to be desired. I find the scans saying its in your city or the next step in your packages journey happen late at night. Good luck hope it gets to you before the weekend.

They are only stopping mail service from now to the new year to prevent long delays over the holidays. I think the storefront will remain open but just won't be shipping during that time.
