So here's the response I got from the healing tree about taking a week to fill my order that I paid $50 express shipping on.

I ordered Monday. Paid Tuesday and was guaranteed delivery by Thursday. Thanks for the order guys. Feel great today after eating percs all day yesterday. Fucking retards. Why would I pay for express shipping if I was cool with you dragging your ass. And one of the oz was garbage. The others were nice.

Dude, have a peek at my review of The Healing Tree on Leafly. I had 2-3 people go up to bat in the review section and quit! because of the way they spoke to me.

Just as i suspected, if i were her, i would have reacted the same. Granted they are a buisness and should have handled your tantrum a bit better, but when you shit on people, they shit back.
Your review on these guys doesn't have me convinced, your clearly butthurt. I'd like to see a review from someone who didn't poke the bear before their order to actually know how the product is. I don't give a fuck that your feelings were hurt, get down to brass tacks buddy

I been paying the doc almost 1,000.00 to get out of about 8 of these LP's and that hurts too but not like your situation.

Well I got my meds in the end. This thread is just to show others what to expect out of certain dispensarys. Almost 1000 page views in less then a week. The fact I got the healing tree employee I was dealing with to come on here and act like a idiot is just the icing on the cake.

To The Healing Tree. I'm astonished. Simply put, calling yourselves a 'medical' organization is almost an oxymoron and here's why: To say to a patient 'cry me a river' just screams how compassionate you truly are. To denigrate your customers for offering an honest and constructive opinion does you such a disservice not only as a dispensary but as a human being. (In regards to whoever is replying to your reviews with such a disgusting attitude) Let's be honest, some of your reviews aren't great but they aren't rude, yet your replies are outright offensive. Clearly in regards to Hazydayz, you're either smoking too much of your product, or you have a reading problem. He clearly stated he lives across the country. The only reply that you can come up with is you could have simply come in? How would that happen? Isn't that the whole point of mail delivery implemented for those who cannot make it in person? He's across the country..how can he come in? Your replies to customer comments are a total disgrace in regards to customer service much less compassionate care in an industry when many of your customers are dying. I can only imagine how someone would feel being spoken to like that when they are at the end of their lives and are only looking to medicate. I'm sure you will come back with a vitriolic reply that will only make you look worse than you already do. Kind regards, a medical marijuana patient who has zero respect for how you treat people as a whole. I don't tend to review that much or post, I prefer to use this resource to educate myself but in reading the filth you call your replies, not only are you in the wrong field but you're lacking in some of the most basic human traits. Compassion and Humility. Good luck with that.....SMH.

I just had a very interesting call from the owner of the healing tree. He apologized profusely and told me the woman I was conversing with has been fired. I have no way of verifying what he said. But he seems very genuine after having a good conversation with him. He said he's going to send me a care package. So we'll see. Despite what most of you think I'm not a pessimist. I may very well change my opinion of the healing tree. It really goes to show how one employee can cause a lot of damage for a business. And how just being kind and compassionate to someone can mean even more to that customer who fells wronged.

One employee? Um, they canned the asshole who responded to my comment on Leafly, that makes 2 in several months, however, I wish you the best!

I asked about that. He said it was in fact a diffrent employee you dealt with. I was confused and though it may have been the same employee. Good employees are hard to find in any business so finding the right ones that have compassion for sick people I can only assume is even more difficult to find. I have hope they are being upfront and honest with me. it seems like that to me after today's call.
