cant figure this out... any help would be very much appreciated

im using sta green all purpose potting soil. according to the electronic soil tester the ph is around 6.8. the plant is about 6 weeks into flower and gets watered about every 3-4 days or when the top 2in of soil are dry. temp stays around 78. 400wt hps is what im using for the light. ive got the techna flora receipe for success kit but ive only used the blooming formula once a couple weeks into flower. ive read the guide for diagnosing plant problems and all that but nothing has helped me....

Think thats pretty common at this time in flowering

it looks like deficiancy + lockout, it looks like your leaves arent getting nitrogen, ph try to get the ph level down to 6.5 what is your ppm? maybe your giving them to much of 1 thing and not enough nitrogen, cus it seems like thats what its lacking -


edit - didnt see you were flowering, it is kind of normal, but that also seems like definite lack of nitrogen either way

no idea what the ppm is. havent been able to scoop up a tester yet. i cant seem to keep the ph below what its already at. i have the GH ph control kit but when i add the ph down it only seems to work for a day, two tops. then its back to the 6.8-7 range.

test ur runoff pH before ya go throwing anything at it outside of what ya have been doing.

trying mixing up bigger batches of watter, are u using your tap water? lots of tap water has ph buffer in it that makes it go to 7 automatically, try mixing up bigger batches of water and stay on the ph jump, keep lowering, i actually like balance to 4.5 2 or 3 hrs later its at 5.0 or 5.5 im hydro though dont follow those intructions just example

no tap water. i get the water from a place that uses reverse osmosis. i have well water where im at and i noticed awhile back that after is sits for a good few days, this white filmy shit sets on the water and it has this horrible fish smell to it... so now all my water comes from the store till that problem is fixed. i did feed her a day or two ago and a lot of the color is back, im not really seeing any more yellowing. ph is still a problem... im almost at 8 weeks into flower so is there a serious need to continue trying to fix the problem or should i go ahead w/ a final flush and just wait out the week or two till harvest?

unrelated to the problem but i have a question or two on induced hermies. i grew this strain out for my last grow too and that lil lady wasnt a herm but this one sure the hell is, i know genetics and all that play a bigger part but this plant got a shit load of stress put on it(main stalk split in half during a failed attempt at LST), high ass temps (high 90s) for a lil while and only after the plant recovered i noticed pollen sacs growing. now the lil bastards are everywhere... ive let a few pollenate a couple buds but now im on a never ending mission of removing the rest

oops. almost forgot when the plant split i was hella baked, quick nonthinking had me rubbin rootech on it and duct taping it back together.

... so i guess my questions would be: how long does induced herms take to produce pollen sacs vs a natural herm? not knowing the reason its herming is there any ways to tell the difference?
