If you're going to flower with CFL, just give up now and call your dealer.

A 175W HID will ultimately put out 175W of heat. 175W of CFL will also put out 175W of heat. 175W of HPS will put out 175W of heat, and 175W of the most efficient leds will put out 175W of heat.

Here's a pic I found on Google. (Not my setup)

Note the plexiglass between the plants and lights. I put my fan to extract air from the box in there to exhaust the cab.View attachment 3763649
If my results looked like that, I would just give up. Why do people even waste their time?

What is the area of the footprint? To get 50W/sqft, you'd need 3.5sqft. If your area is less than that, you probably have too much light.

Flowering in such a small box is somewhat of a novelty. I'd use diy cobs for such a small area and such a low height. DIY cobs allows you to get HPS like results in a very small area.

Thanks for the tip. Well that cabinet is out of the question i decided I'm going to use it for my clones and get a bigger one as you said around 3.5sqft. Something like this.
