some plants need more than others

So...you know with this Rockstar #9, I really wouldn't have minded if this didn't pass the taste test. I know that sounds kinda strange.
Well I got to tell you...this shit is fantastic! It lacks smell, and quite a few trichomes changed to milk colour during dry, but this shit knocks you on your ass!
Now I have to run it and see what happens...very interesting.

Just to follow up here, I trimmed my Rockstars this morning and I too had mold on one of the plants(out of 4). The other 3 were fine but had to toss the entire top bud of the one...won't be keeping this strain.

Was rockstar originally from reeferman seeds?once called harmony....

I haven't smoked any yet so if it totally blows my mind I may reconsider but it would have to be super good though. Not really into keeping strains with mold tendencies.

making hybrid seeds from a widely distributed clone and using the original name of the clone to describe those seeds is inaccurate, confusing and just plain laziness (not to mention immoral in the case of seed vendors)

I grew a heavy sativa strain this summer...only two of it.....but it was a Columbian gold...strain....
I had originally started this strain indoors at the end of january it broke the soil and I put it outside at the beginning of june....it finished and was cut down the end of sept and first week of oct. so in total 34.5 to 35 weeks...
It took a fair amount of damage due to but rot or mold because it literally rained here every day....from mid Aug...till the end of sept....though the plants grew into monsters....and yields were good...this strain has so much leaf....I MEAN ABSOLUTE HOARY amounts of leaves..and for that reason I won't grow it again....

I got these Rockstar seeds from medman at Champs Expo.
I will see what happens, obviously keeping a very close eye on this small run.

Update...the Rockstar #9 clones started to mold out in the tent. Never had that happen before. Shame, was a great smoke...its gone bye bye now.
