Cannabis thrives in hot weather. Ive yet to have a bad out door harvest because of heat. Think of landrace strains, they adapted to their enviroment, same goes with todays genetics imo

And true about SD, its beautiful, blessed to be able to grow year round if done right

I grew up in Dego, my step dad was in the Navy & when he retired he owned a bar in the seediest part of downtown. The area was so bad they finally bulldozed it under and built a baseball field, it's now PETCO Park. lol. I attended San Diego high school, next to Balboa Park. I never even owned a jacket as a kid, sweaters & sweatshirts were enough. Christmas vacation we spent at the beach.....Ah San Diego....

Sustained triple digits coming up.
One side of my yard gets shade earlier than the part the girls have. I was over thinking and came up with this great idea, I have 5 plants with buds and 5 that are either in pre bud or in early bud....would it be smart to move them to the early shade side of the yard for relief? It gets shade about an hour earlier than the other side.

Im not as exp as most other guys here but in theory sounds like it wouldnt hurt them but the same could be achieved just placing some shade cloth over top of them on a frame ?just a side note tho I havnt done indicas outdoors and the sativas I have done have all coped with temps up to 120 for sometimes 3-7 days in a stretch....ur strain might appreciate the extra shade tho ? Wat strain if u dont mind me asking

Its it good to give your plants shade during the hottest point of the day. I had all my plants under shade cloth until 2 days ago. They grew just fine. I only use shade cloth for young seedlings usually, for the first 2-3 weeks. The grown up plans like it hot and heavy.

I love variety too S' Manta. Where do you get all your clones? I want. To get a cherry pie cut. Master kush does real well in ourarea. A heavy yielder.

Most of my clones came from either the CCwhatever in Goshen, Tulare Alternative Relief in Tulare, Foothill Growers in Goshen and occasionally I get some from LA. I got a Diamond OG in Sherman Oaks. I am hoping to find Green Crack .. one day.
I'd offer you a cut of my Cherry Pie, the Stink Queen but she has preBuds....it came from TARelief.

Someone on outdoor here had a bunch of cherry pie looked awesome ive never seen nothing like that in aust
This year's grow was my real first attempt at "a" grow.....I put all my clones in too small a pot. Even the plants in 15 gal pots are way too small and I got the veg to outside lighting all wrong. But...in spite of all my mistakes it is a fabulous grow, imvho. More than enough.

I've found the guys at CCwhatever to be arrogant and condescending.... but, they do have clones and so far I have nursed them back to health and not lost one. I do try TARelief, first....then Foothill Growers and lastly, CCwhatever.

The cherry pie cut is originally from a grandaddy purple or purple erkel cross am I right ?
