c99 & Power Flower : Voyage II of the Space Cab

well I just finished jarring the rest of the c99....I've decided the PF will come down tomorrow...that would make it 11 weeks on the nose I believe...I was going to chop her down now but I have to go do stuff for work....

a few last shots of the c99 ...those first few pics of her are the bottom half that I finished off for a few days separately after I harvested the top

oh ya, I found out that little kitten likes eating dried marijuana leaves, lol

fine grow Cowboy! looking forward to a smoke report. i grew two of cindy99 plants and harvested on day 56 of flower. you went 77 days; interesting comparison. that was last august and still smoking them. i love Cindy. awesome long lasting high.

hey poboy thanks....c99 was 70 days the Power Flower was 77.......

I can tell you this....I am already impressed with the c99....After curing for only a few days she smoked pretty damn good....Almost no harshness....A little at the end of the exhale maybe but that's it.....And, already the taste of the pineapple is getting more stronger, and more long lasting too....I took a hit earlier, and that taste must have stayed on my tongue for like a minute it seemed ! lol.......I don't even want to smoke the Kerala anymore...I think I am done with that, and will smoke the cindy from here on out ! lol....Oooooohhhhh Yaaaaaaaaaaaa........

OK, well I cut the top half off the PF....here's some pics...That one pic I found a dead fly stuck a bud like fly paper, lol...Ever since I planted my outdoor stuff we got filthy flies ! Also, that first closet pic is all just the main cola.....Half way though trimming I got the urge to build a screened drying bin for buds....Only problem was I measured front to back not side to side, lol....I figured I was ok...Noooooope (((Homer Simpson - DooooohhhhhHHHH))) lol....I was going to hang it but since it was too long I tossed it in their crooked, lol...I stuck toothpicks through some of the buds to keep them stuck to the screen...Got the ghetto herb dryer goin' ! Aaaaaawwwwww Yaaaaaaaaaaa, lol.....

I noticed the inside of a lot of the buds were kind of dense and damp...I was thinking I did not want bud rot again...Not sure if it will work or not but I poked holes in some of the buds with a toothpick to open them up a bit...See what happens...Also, anyone know why the inside of the big buds is light green ? Is that a sign that they are not done ? Or is that just what the deep inside of a big bud looks like ?

Muck - check out that last pic...I thought that bud kinda looked like your avatar, lol...Maybe not though ? Maybe I smoked too much c99 and finger hash, lol.

picked up a ghost pepper from the local hydro store...Planning on maybe putting it in some homefries....Then maybe saving the seeds, and try growing some at some point...

first pick is stalk from the main cola...

Also, had one of my pc fans that blow on the lights take a crap....I guess those two little 80mm pc fans make a big difference in controlling heat....I was in the low to mid 70s before that one fan took a crap...After crapping, temps jumped up to 86 for a high !!!! So, if anyone is planning on building a cfl fixture, it would be a good idea to have fans blowing directly on the lights !

Luckily, for me the Space CaB is made out of wood, so I just screwed one of the floor fans into the side, and pointed it towards the lights. I'll be ordering another set of pc fans...I'll bump it up this time to 120mm...I think the 120mm will help more actual air blown on the plants...The 80mm's don't seem to do that too well....

that little animal has been bouncing off walls...Literally...Not sure if it has any connection to the kitten munching on the pot leaves...But it has been acting kinda nuts....Like running around jumping in the air wildly...Sometimes jumping and twisting, and crashing into walls, lol....

I use a pen vape sometimes and if I hold the power button down my cat will wiggle it's nose and sniff it.... not sure if it gets stoned though.. it always acts weird.

fine looking buds! the c99 always holds that light pineapple fruity flavor. really nice smooth hit. what the hell you going to do with the ghost pepper? i'm scared to get close to those! i grow tobasco peppers. beautiful plant and i love cooking them. great flavor.
i'll post some pics in a few days of my cindy that is only about 6 days from harvest. again, fine grow on your part.

take a test bud, like i said before, all the grows and i've never really seen a lot of amber trichs??? hows the c99, good smoke, high???

my heat palette is kinda high, I shake ghost pepper flakes on my food sometimes...they've replaced red pepper flakes, lol.

c99 is surprisingly smooth already....Definitely has that strong pineapple taste....Even though it might not be my favorite I can appreciate it being a good weed...Maybe it will grow on me some more...I'd say it's definitely heady...It is slightly trippy....Somewhat creative/functional....It also seems to have lasting effects that you will few hours later...We wonet out running errands like 6 hours or so after I smoked it, and I could still feel some residual effects.

I've only smoked it a few times now so maybe I will have more to add later....

I didn't taste test any of the PF...but 3 weeks past it's "due date", and leaves starting to dye off seemed ok for me...Definitely can't say I was too early.....

I smoked some more today...I would also say that she is spacey...That is right up my alley too,lol...

It's fairly strong too...I gave some to a girl I know today...I went over to her house...It was a bit messy I'd say...I gave her some c99...I came back a few hours later and her place was like spotless, and she was folding laundry....Funny thing she said before I left was that she was tired, and probably going to take a nap, lol...She said like 2 hits and she was ripped then she cleaned her whole place, lol...And now her friend wants some too...Not sure if I really want to share though, lol...

I think I might order some more of this....I'll have to check out Herbie's...Maybe order another pack of something too while I'm at it...

I have 2 clones of her outdoors that I have not checked on in almost a month...I wonder how they're doing ? lol

spacey, trippy, now that sounds like some killer bud!!

Have you tried the PF yet? My friend just harvest one. I'm anxious to know how it is.

No I haven't...I just jarred half of it...I'm still letting the bottom half of the plant finish....I plan on giving it a good long cure.

the ones i'm growing now is the Female Seeds C99 XLine since i mostly grow outdoors. one is a magnesium whore and one is a nitrogen whore. the third one is neutral. i think i'll harvest the first one Tuesday. i'll post some pics before harvest day. funny about the girl cleaning the house after thinking she needed a nap.

i that way with cooking. it's something i have to do until i take a few tokes and then i turn into super chef!

Well, that's it for run II of the SpaCe CaB....I finished chopping down the PF....

Up next for Voyage III will be a DFCJ clone I got in the flowering chamber now...I think she is at about 2.5 weeks into 12-12 right now...

I had some issues with seeds not sprouting, and me killing them off so I am a little behind with the perpetual grow...Least I got some weed to hold me over till next harvest though...

I have a Sannies SP about 2 weeks or so into vegging....I also have my first true Indica that I am going to run if it sprouts...It's a feminized WOS OG Kush....

c99 Update: It's crazy how long this stuff lasts in the bowl...I swear I get about 15 hits out of one bowl..As it burns down towards the end it won't go out !!! It sizzles and just burns...Not sure if it's all the trichs, how I cured it, nutes, or what...But it's the weed that just keeps burning and burning and burning, lol.....
