Hi guys! I have been using this vacuum pump for the last 3 years and it's pretty much not in commission any longer (at least I don't think)

After using and leaving the vacuum pump for about 6-8 hours the oil starts to boil off and creep out and doesn't seem to get to the full vacuum I want any longer.
I was looking into buying a quieter vacuum pump and found this Vacu Brand diaphragm pumps that can be looked at here:

anybody have any ideas if this oil-less pharmaceutical grade is any good for making shatter with my Across National vacuum oven??

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot guys

You can do it with a diaphragm pump, as you only need to go down to -29.5" Hg, which is about 14mb and there are a number shown that will reach those levels.
