Across international are great quality ovens. I currently have 3 of the 1.9s and love them. Work great. They are the best priced quality oven on the market imo.

Yea that is the right price. You can get them directly from AI for the same. That pump though doesnt pull down to a full vacuum fyi.

I have $800 in amazon gift card already so i figured I'd use that as a start towards the payment. Amazon is definitely where I'm going to purchase, I've already checked though and the link I've provided is an official Across International Amazon storefront. So it would still be shipped directly from AI.

You don't think that pump is sufficient? I figured it would be fine seeing as AI has listed it as a pair. What do you recommend?

Yea I have the same pump and it doesnt pull a full vacuum. I use it for my buchner funnel only to winterize. I use robin air 2 stage 6cfm pumps. I got them on amazon and it works great. Pulls a full vac in under 3 mins. I think it was around 300$.

Another reason I was interested in the link in the OP is because I have no clue what the hell that black cylinder is on top of the vacuum pump(what is that? lol), and that link came with it already so I was ready to just order that and plug everything up lol.

Thanks for the tip.

So after hearing that vacuum isn't strong enough I guess I'm going to purchase the oven without the vacuum

And purchase the other items separately(Vacuum pump, unknown black cylinder, and fittings?)

Found these vacuums:

or this one

EDIT: Thank you so much for the help.

The black thing is an oil mist filter. Imo you don't need it. I don't use them, they are not essential. Yea I have the second pump, the blue one. The more the cfm, the faster the pump will pull a vacuum. The micron rating of the pump is how deep the vacuum pulls. You will be much happier getting the robin air. The only fittings you will need is the kf25 to 3/8 bard hose adaptor flange from AI, a 1/4" silicone vacuum line (amazon), and a couple brass fittings for the pump to get it to hook up with the vacuum line.

I suggest you use vacuum grease and hose clamps on the connections for the silicone vacuum line to make a good seal and pipe tape on all the brass fittings.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask bro. Good luck

This is the adapter flange.

Here is the vacuum hose:

I am sure I can find the brass fittings at lowes. :)

Thank you!
