I made a purchase from Attitude seedbank on there 4/20/12 promotion in which I purchased 6 Female seeds of Kandy Kush. DNA/RESERVA PRIVADA. I unpacked my seeds and set them up for germination and to my surprise 1 of 6 seeds germinated which is totally unacceptable for such a reputable company and seed breeders. I emailed all three parties in which i will paste here, I simply asked to replace my order and make it right was not rude at all to them. I get these responses

I can certainly understand your frustrations unfortunately Kandy Kush is a DNA Genetics/Reserva Privada strain and while Reserva Privada Colorado is affiliated with them, we operate independently and do not manufacture or sell seeds for that particular strain. Therefore you will need to contact either Attitude Seedbank or DNA Genetics/Reserva Privada directly. Sorry for the confusion.

- where the seeds fem or regulars?
- where did you buy them?
- when did you make the purchase?
- did they come in original breeder pack?
- do you have an order # and/or a receipt?
- what was your method of germination?
- what would you like to see done regarding this matter?
- where in the world do you live?
- how many seeds did you purchase
please get back to us so we can solve this.

Hi there,

We do NOT ship seeds to the USA as it is illegal under federal law.
We don’t want to risk all of what we have to ship somewhere where it is forbidden. We are very sorry for your experience however there is nothing we can do for seeds purchased in or sent to USA.

Unfortunately if I tell you where you can get our seeds then that would mean that I am an accomplice to the importation of seeds to the US. If you are ever in amsterdam feel free to drop by the shop.

Well considering every seed bank that I know of has the same rules yet they find someway to satisfy there customers. Your not able to add credit or something to my account where I ordered seeds from?

sorry but you must take that up with the company who decided to sell you the seeds. as we do not, nor have we ever sent seeds directly to the USA, we take no responsibility for seeds grown out there.

Yes I understand that but it would help very much as well if someone from your establishment contacted them as well considering they are going to give me the run around. If nothing can be done honestly I will just have to settle for that won't order again.

I recently purchased 6 Kandy Kush seeds on 4/20 for your awesome promotion you guys where having, I set my seeds up for germination and I'm very very disappointed in them. 1 seed out of 6 germinated I hope you guys don't get this complaint a lot but i have to speak up for my self and o the consumers in the future. I have already contacted RESERVA PRIVADA can give you that conversation with them if needed they advised me to contact DNA which i can give you that conversation as well for proof that i spoke to them both. i was advised to contact to simply because DNA does not ship to the USA and can not be an accomplice in any crime of importation of seeds. I have ordered from you guys quite a few times but I believe it needs to be corrected and make me want to order again.

sell these solely for souvenir and storage purposes and we cannot reply to
certain emails in conflict with this.

However you can send back any dissatisfactory items and packaging back to us to
forward to the breeder you are unhappy with to inspect with a view to a replacement or contact the breeder directly with your query.

As you can see I have gotten totally no where they all have given me the run around leading me all in circles because none of them want to take the time to own up to it and fix the problem all reputable companies and this is what I get I just wanted them replaced nothing more nothing less they should make it right and make me want to order from them again.

Yea its not attitudes fault, its the breeders but you can't use those words.... I understand they asked you but you bought them for "souvenir proposes". You have to word it funky like the seeds did not arrive in satisfactory condition and I would like replacements.... not I tried to germ... They wont touch that one because they have proof now that you aren't using them in the way the seed bank is allowed to sell them to you. Better luck next time but this order is dead with all these incriminating emails floating around. I've gotten credit and I know people that got replacements. You have to be slicker than that. Being as vague as possible helps. Also an attitude isn't going to help you with attitude, counter intuitive I know.

I had probs with a pack of serious seeds one time, 3 out of 6 popped. I bought them from speedy if anyone remembers that shit bag. After getting the run around from that assclown I contacted and verified my batch number and within 4 days I had a brand new pack of fems, wish some banks stood behind there product like thye guys at serious. They went above and beyond, all I wanted to know was that I didn't get fucked by speedy cause he is a shady mofo and ended up with another 6 pack of fems! sorry for your bad experience man

Anyways I said it already. You fucked yourself over buy mentioning germination. All you needed to say was I ad bad quality seeds or some other kind of method instead of exspecting them to break the law and loss their companies.

agree 100%.. i just said pretty much the same thing in another thread.. they say all over their site that the seeds are sold for souvenir purposes only as it's illegal in almost all countries to germinate cannabis seeds, and in the good old us, it's even illegal to simply possess them..
so to get around the laws in the uk, where is legal to possess cannabis seeds, but not to germ them, they are forced to say that they are not intended to be germed and grown out at anytime..
it is silly, but it's the loophole in the law that allows us to purchase them in the first place.. :)

Wow dude stop acting like a child and try to understand how this business and industry works.

The only reason Attitude or any other seed bank is open is because they claim to sell the seeds strictly as souveneirs or for when marijuana is legal to grow. When you purchase from the Attitude you have to acknowledge their agreement stating that before you can make the purchase. If they were to give you replacements they would be acknowledging the sale for the purpose of growing them and they could be closed down. It is pretty amazing they are able to ship the amount of seeds they are to the US even under this guise, so you are asking them to take impossible risks. What made you think being honest about something that is illegal and goes against an agreement that is pasted on every page of their website would help you?

I'm surprised deeproot was able to get Serious Seeds to send seeds directly to the US, you'd be hard pressed to find any other European breeder to do it. . It seemed as if DNA was willing to help you until you told them you lived in the US (and that you were germinating them none the less) so stop saying they don't want to take the time to help you. Shipping seeds to the US is against the law, once again especially when you tell them you're germinating the seeds. Would you like for them to petition whoever dictates Cannabis law over there so they can send you a replacement pack of 6 seeds?

You're a victim of your own stupidity. Seeds are a living organism, and livinng organisms die. People have gotten replacements and credits for dead seeds, and you could have too but you screwed yourself out of them. And I'm only saying that because it's bull shit that you label this thread buyer beware, say they don't want to take the time or don't care when you should be thanking them for even replying to an email that could get them in trouble with the law.

I might add that the pack of seeds that I bought from speedy were around 18 months old according to serious, man they even asked what method i used to germ them. I was blown away with the customer service I recieved.

LoL, it's nuts when you read about how shitty Attitude's customer service is plus other breeders who don't even reply, and this dude gets tons of replys back.

Shit happens mate. It's the world and game we live in. Buy more kandy kush beans or choose a dif breeder/seed shop. Best of luck in the future tho!

let me say this for all of you saying they sell them for souvenir purposes only thats just there way of getting around the law as well they know damn good in well what we are doing, they could have sent u a pack of seeds and not even been what you ordered but I am wrong for telling them there seeds did not germinate. So put yourself in my shoes you order and same thing happens to you and you order again then it happens again your just going to send a email to them saying they got crushed or bad packaging and pretty much lie just like they are. They should respect the they maybe the seeds had a issue and should just fix it, how damn hard is it to replace the order of 6 souvenir purposes only seeds?
