You're retarded, and that's why you're not getting replacements. Other people have, and will continue to get replacements or credits but you will not because you're a dumb ass.

Wow dude stop acting like a child and try to understand how this business and industry works.

The only reason Attitude or any other seed bank is open is because they claim to sell the seeds strictly as souveneirs or for when marijuana is legal to grow. When you purchase from the Attitude you have to acknowledge their agreement stating that before you can make the purchase. If they were to give you replacements they would be acknowledging the sale for the purpose of growing them and they could be closed down. It is pretty amazing they are able to ship the amount of seeds they are to the US even under this guise, so you are asking them to take impossible risks. What made you think being honest about something that is illegal and goes against an agreement that is pasted on every page of their website would help you?

I'm surprised deeproot was able to get Serious Seeds to send seeds directly to the US, you'd be hard pressed to find any other European breeder to do it. . It seemed as if DNA was willing to help you until you told them you lived in the US (and that you were germinating them none the less) so stop saying they don't want to take the time to help you. Shipping seeds to the US is against the law, once again especially when you tell them you're germinating the seeds. Would you like for them to petition whoever dictates Cannabis law over there so they can send you a replacement pack of 6 seeds?

You're a victim of your own stupidity. Seeds are a living organism, and livinng organisms die. People have gotten replacements and credits for dead seeds, and you could have too but you screwed yourself out of them. And I'm only saying that because it's bull shit that you label this thread buyer beware, say they don't want to take the time or don't care when you should be thanking them for even replying to an email that could get them in trouble with the law.
Blow me. Attitude sucks. Do you like Attitudes balls on your chin you fag.

lmao I'm not only talking about the attitude. Every seed I've ordered from has that same rule you dumb bitch. Seems like you have a preoccupation with queer shit, there are other websites you can go to for that.

At the end of the day , beans are novelty items by law/rule....which EVERY seed bank/breeder has. What does piss me off about some of the Seed Co's is the greed factor. But thats a whole other ballgame.

let me say this for all of you saying they sell them for souvenir purposes only thats just there way of getting around the law as well they know damn good in well what we are doing,
Even if attitude suspects you are going to try and germinate your seeds, how can they "know" that for sure? (ie how can they prove it?) They're legally allowed to sell you seeds; if you want to break the law by germinating them, that's your problem. Why do you want to make it their problem too by involving them in a criminal conspiracy?

they could have sent u a pack of seeds and not even been what you ordered but I am wrong for telling them there seeds did not germinate.
If they had sent you something you didn't order, I'm sure they would have been happy to replace the order.

And yes, you are in the wrong for telling Attitude "there" seeds didn't germinate, AFTER THEY EXPLICITLY TOLD YOU THEY COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT RESPOND TO THAT PARTICULAR COMPLAINT. They didn't just make up that policy to annoy you. They've had it for years, and its right there on their "Frequently asked questions" list. Did it occur to you to check their return policy before asking for a return?

So put yourself in my shoes you order and same thing happens to you and you order again then it happens again your just going to send a email to them saying they got crushed or bad packaging and pretty much lie just like they are.
How are they lying? They told you then cannot respond to issues with germination, and they didn't.

In any case, I wouldn't be in your shoes, because before I placed an order like yours, I'd familiarize myself with the both the sellers policy AND reputation. In fact, I've never placed an order with "Attitude" before, yet I still knew about this particular policy. Its not exactly a secret.

What would I do if I ordered seeds and they turned out to be non-viable? I'd contact them and tell them that the seeds I received didn't arrive in "collectible" condition. That's not lying, and I think they'd get the point.

They should respect the they maybe the seeds had a issue and should just fix it, how damn hard is it to replace the order of 6 "
souvenir purposes only" seeds?
It might have been easy to replace them, until you tried to involve them in a criminal conspiracy.

Maybe YOU should respect their stated explicit policy, and understand why nobody who works there wants to risk their business or personal freedom because you can't read or follow the rules.

One more time, if they acknowledge that they're sending you seeds for germination then that potentially makes them criminal accomplices and puts their entire business at risk (let alone poses risk of English loophole closure on seeds).

I fully agree with you that this whole charade with seeds is stupid. But that's because the law is stupid; Attitude is just responding in kind to take advantage of what amounts to a major loophole.

I like how people sit behind the computer and want to call me a big baby, for fucking telling a seed bank that the seeds did not germinate, maybe it was a bad batch on there end they need to be informed maybe they need to look into it run some tests grows on them some more. you guys want me to sit back and not say shit then all you continue to buy them and they not germ for you while i sit back and laugh and say to myself I had the same problem but I did not inform my fellow growers and smokers,

Open your own seed bank with perfect seeds, service, freebies, etc. I've had perfect germ rates with DNA (cataract, og, rocklock, kandy K, cole trane, all six skunk train packs, sharksbreath, hashplantxhaze, la woman). All four times I've ordered from the tude my germ rates are perfect also.

Also remember all these companys work in a grey area of the law and are doing all of us a big favor so I myself thank them.

I had an issue with an order from Attitude. It was a small order, but I think customs got a hold of my package cause my seeds were all smashed up but still in the mini ziplock bags inside the metal tin that I bought. When I received my order and saw this, I was furious, but I contacted Attitude and told them what had happened. They wanted me to send the damaged seeds back to them in the condition that I got them and then they would replace my order. I never tried to send the crushed seeds back, because I am not too keen on using the mail system to transfer illegal goods. I felt like that was bullshit and it was putting me out there in the danger of getting in trouble. Plus I don't see where sending them crushed seeds would prove anything. I could crush up some bagseeds after I took out the seeds I bought and send them back to Attitude and they will send me another pack as a replacement. I seriously doubt they were going to send me anything in return, and I didn't think it was worth the chance of me trying to mail an illegal substance back to Attitude, so I said fuck it. I just chalked it up as a lost, but I have had luck with Attitude several times though since I have been ordering cannabis genetics. I have also been completely ripped off by the fake seed bank amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com. They didn't even repond to an e-mail from me after I paid for some seeds, so stay away from them for sure. The way that I look at all this is that it is illegal what they are doing and they found a ridiculous loophole in some laws by saying they are selling cannabis seeds as souveniers. C'mon people...yeah right! That's bullshit and everyone with a fucking brain knows it. We are buying these seeds to grow them you fucks! But whatever works so we can get our good quality beans I am down for them asses doing! LOL! But if anyone wants to try to get Attitude on maybe you should try saying you got yours seeds and they were all smashed. Of course they weren't and just send them back some crushed up bagseeds from some mexican compressed. If you are lucky you will get all new seed of the ones that you had already received. It isn't a very honest thing to do but if you got ripped off this may be a way to get somewhat even.

I got some crushed seeds from attitude( mk ultra) I emailed them, they said send them back in the original package. I did, nothing happened, no email nothing. A week later a package shows up with my replacements plus ten free ones. Not saying who is right or wrong just relaying my experience.

Where in this thread did anyone tell you to not come and post something about it on the forum? Everyone is giving you shit for talking to the attitude about germinating seeds and nothing else.

How did you even order them? Do 15 year olds have credit cards now?

Seriously if you arent 15 or of very low IQ you would understand that any seedbank would rather lose you and 10 of your friends as customers than to unwittingly send replacements to a fed. When they say DONT ASK US ABOUT GERMINATION it IS for a reason.

When ordering from seedbanks, ALWAYS ALWAYS use a credit card. When your seeds don't sprout, they get crushed or your order gets seized, you're allowed to do a reverse chargeback on illegal items. Get your money back but only do it if it's legit. Merchants can't stop chargebacks and they don't want you to know about it.
