Your faulty perceptions do not constitute reality. If we are at war with Islam, why haven't the millions of Muslims in the US risen up and brought the war to this country? It's gonna be because they don't buy into the radical bullshit- they are just regular people trying to make a living.

I did say "It's gonna be because they don't buy into the radical bullshit." A majority of Muslims in America don't buy into the radical aspects of Islam because they know it is unproductive- unfortunately the "silent majority" are drowned out by the screaming radicals, and it does get very easy to fixate on those people, but it is by no means an accurate representation of most Muslims.YAHTZEE!!!

I have spoken to several- they view radical islam as doomed to failure. They are worried about jobs and their future- not a holy war in america, or against western culture. Radical islam will persists as long as there is an environment of intolerance towards Muslims- if the intolerance is not there, they have nothing to "campaign" on. They (radical islam) view "westernized" muslims in higher contempt than "other" americans simply because they feel like their values have been betrayed. I would hate to think that America could come this far, only to see it turn on one of its founding principles- religous freedom.
