I think im going to raise the roof to 6 ft which would be same as if I turned it upright plus id get more length 6x6x2.5 then I could use both lights + my cfls for sides. Would this be ok

Now figuring out intake and exhaust I was thinking two 4" inline duct fans from htgsupply use one for intake and one for exhaust. Does it matter where fresh air comes in top or bottom room and same with exhaust.

intake low exhaust high. the min i would go on the fan is 6" and just for exhaust. create negative pressure and youll be fine. theres a sticky on here labeled ventilation 101. you should definitely read that before you buy any fans. its very informational

Kind of hard for me 2 understand that ventilation 101.. so do I need 2 intakes and 1 exhaust. One intake blowing on lights and otjer just pushing fresh air at bottom with 4" inline fans and a 6" exhaust.

where did you get that filter from? i would get a pre filter. dirt and what not that could get in there could lower the efficiency of the filter and possible allow smell to leak out.

Ya I got the filter off ebay $15 couldnt beat it. Im going to buy a cotton type filter for fish aquarium and zip tie it around it. Ya I found this frame at a dump site where people dump there trash illegally thought it would be perfect for a grow room. Thanks for replying

Ok I need some input here, do you think it will be ok to
Cut my intake and exhaust holes in the back of the grow box so they wont be seen there will be a 3" gap between grow box and the garage wall. Will that be enough room for incoming airflow?

definitely enough for intake but your intake could pull in the exhaust with it being close to the wall. i have my exhaust in top (roof) back corner of the box, intake holes on bottom back of box just so i wouldnt be intaking the exhaust..make sense?

Ya, mabe I will put intake hole at bottom back wall and exhaust going out the roof. Im wondering if I make intake at bottom it might be to much travel for air will I be alright putting intake a little higher like around 2-3 feet from bottom.

youll want the intake holes as low as possible as thats where the cooler air is in the room. heat rises cool air settles. just my $.02 if you have a fan hooked up like this...filter duct lights duct fan duct out of box, you create negative pressure inside the box. now with negative pressure you suck fresh air in thru the intake holes and exhaust out the other end. if you have a fan that has a high enough cfm this will happen. with the size of your box i would go minimum 6" 400 cfm. now if you go this route the intake holes should be double of the exhaust..meaning if you have a 6" exhaust your intake should be atleast 12"(2-6" round holes, 3-4" round holes etc) make sense? also think about putting a filter of some sort on them intake holes as you dont want any unwanted dirt, bugs going into your room. ( i dont use anything fancy ) i found some carbon activated filter (kinda like furnace filters but not quite at home depot) and used that over my intake holes. ive seen some people say they use hepa filters in theirs. to each their own, but definitely would look into that. im guessing a cotton prefilter would probably work just as good but i dont know exactly. i put a pic of my grow box in my journal if you wanna check that out to get an idea. the pic is old and doesnt have the updated ductwork on the one side as i was still in the process of finalizing the wiring but the concept is there. they are both 6" round holes too.
