Buds too small why?

PAR for plants, I learn something every day. Thanks.

My profession? It's in the name.

Are you guys really trying to say that wattage doesn't make a difference in density? Cause it seems like you are. Geez. If that's the case why not just grow under one of those 60 watt HPS bulbs you can get at Home Depot?

All sarcasm aside. I agree that what's best for the space is best. I agree that you can grow massive/dense buds under 400 and 600. I agree that this is very strain dependent. I agree that I was wrong to use the term Lumen. I also see that I initially came off as arrogant, although that was more of a communication error on my part and thus still my fault.

OK? Cool.

Bro ur not a an idiot its just that density or more buds arent that much affected by wattage.. but by the grower themselves or strain dependent. Yes more watts the better but manipulating the space and distance of the light and your mastery of techniques will yeild just as much if you had a 150w. So your argument is that of a follower(of opinions)and not that of an actual seasoned grower.

My opinion is purely based on experience. I've done everything from 600watt to 3k grows. I'm not new and I don't repeat what others say.

Am I wrong? Are you wrong? In my experience the more light I have over a cola the bigger it grows. To me that means the more watts I give that part of the plant the more dense cola I get.

Maybe I should be talking about it the way you guys are (technique, etc..) because that's a more complex and informative answer but I gave the simple answer. Stupid me.

Call me wrong, don't call me a follower. You could have left that last sentence out and not offended me.

You come off as an asshole.

People as hard-pressed to be right as you usually don't know what they're talking about anyway. If you really knew about efficient, professional growing, you'd be using LED.

Yeah, sometimes I am an asshole and sometimes I get a bit touchy.

I agree with you guys and have even apologized in previous postings.

I have a hard time with this forum for some reason. There is a lot of name calling around here and people challenging each others experience levels. People seem to be in attack or defense mode on a regular basis. I currently feel the need to defend myself because some of you are calling me names!

I learn stuff here and so do the rest of you. I participate in a number of other forums where this kind of behavior doesn't come up. You would think people could relax in a pot growing forum and discuss ideas/experience/technology/botany/etc.. but it's never that easy.

Like I said, I agree with you guys. I admitted when I was dead wrong. I apologized already for giving a simple answer that most likely didn't help the op.

BULLSHIT

I am glad there are plenty of people willing to spend their money on LEDs to work out all the kinks, but I am still waiting for the kinks to be finished before I invest and plenty of other people feel the same way.
LED is the future of growing but still has years to go.

Dont hate, you know you wish you could get yields like that.

Pro tip. Misting hard water on the buds while they are drying will help them dry slower curing better and the calcium deposits make the bud look frostier.
If yiu do it enough you can add like 15-20 grams per oz.
