hey guys, this is my first thread, im a new member to rollitup;-)

i was thinkink about getting this from stealthhydro

http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=2&xSec=54

do you think the lights coming with this would be good enough?

also, do yall think that it is too cramped and will damage my plants? (even if i get a generally smaller strain?)

there also is... http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=121&xSec=54

are these lights necessary? considering the price?

i am concerned with the bubbleponics systems cramping up my plants and stunting growth so maybe......
http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=170&xSec=54

i am asking what your opinions on these products are and if there a good idea for an inexperienced indoor grower, thank you.

im also considering http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=269&xSec=63

to solve the size problem... (but its pricey)
:-P

hey buddy. welcome. i would say read read read, and build your own system. use buckets they are great. you can use rubbermaid totes too. like i said read read read. read rosemans tutorials. very informational.
then come ask some questions, after youve decided on what works for you. we dont know what your situation is. only you do. not being harsh, just realistic.
you have a lot of decisions to make. make them on your own by researching this great section of bubbleheads knowlege on riu.
christ read my journal, bubbles in my blood. very simple dwc bucket setup. anyway, keep us posted and let us know what YOU want to do. hydro, is easy when your a bubblehead. good luck

to help better undertand my situation...
im am closet growing with limited space so i'd really be limited to something under 3ftx3ft in dimension.
my budget solely depends on what my profit will be in return
so the products that i listed would work for me, im asking for an opinion on the necessity of some of the equipment that they come with
and if they will cause problems with the plants

You can save a lot of money by making your own tote and buying the needed components yourself. Many of the components from sh aren't needed, and you can put together a light setup yourself for less. And in a tote that size you only want to grow 4 plants if you intend them to be full size.

as far as the lights more light generally equals more bud although you can add some basic cfl's to either setup and as I am far from an expert I will leave that question for others .

Are you growing from clones , fem seeds or regular seeds with your size constraints the 6 site bubbleponics looks like a good option but you likely only want 3-4 plants growing in it once they get bigger which will likely happen automatically with non fem seeds

i might go with the kit with for one plant becuase multiple plants would bring in too much harvest, and selling kilos will get too much attention and so forth

Roseman's DIY Bubbleponics Tutorial - Marijuana Growing

if you can cut the holes, you can DIY with that Tutorial.

My first grow about 3 years ago was with that kit, and it is excellent way to learn and get started. It comes with extesnions cords, and everything you need except the seed, water and a Fan.

I did my first grow in the end of a closet, started with the two bulbs, later added two more. Ever since then, I have added two more bulbs twice a year, and I added a 2nd tank, and then a 3rd. This year, right now, I am doing a 5 gallon bucket grow and two tanks to harvest a pound of buds.

This is my 2nd grow:
ten days

12 days

15 days

17 days

20 days

Those first 3 weeks is when the feeding tubes really make a difference.

Its my understanding that you wont be able to start the seeds directly in the bucketeer as it does not have a drip system . Some dwc expert may be able to explain it better or I think I read somewhere that a very powerfull air pump may splash the water onto the hydroton and it will wick into the rockwool
