You can size diifferent resistors and have them go to ground after, thats another way, time delay.
You can also do the same thing with Thermistors, and as both of them are used for in rush protection, you can use them for timing offset too...

but, you really just need the top of the wave or near the top of it and you could have all drivers come on at the same time, and in theory, there is no in-rush; In-rush only occurs in the bottom of wave.....
Meant Thermistors on that second part.

You could use either a Resistor or a Thermistor to delay a driver's "ON" time and use it simultaneously as the In Rush protection too...it is delayed thru the amount of resistance, if you have three drivers for instance and each one needs a larger resistance to turn on, in effect it creates a time delay, because resistance has to build/dissipate....

Here is another idea that is similar, and I have most of this items still to build....SDS is the man!

The chinese channels
Are nice and low profile, come with mounting brackets ans clear covers. Makes for a nice looking fixture. Some are ip67. Kind of a let down regarding shipping though. Ill keep looking.

For now my 2x4 eb series build is going onto regular aluminum c channel

Princess auto didn't have the component boxes I wanted so I went with these. Going to look for project boxes that will hold all my drivers and have this looking nice and clean.

I'm waiting on a load of shit from Amazon to finsish this build. It's about 2 weeks out :(

I'd just like to add I can't find sheet aluminum for the price of these baking sheets. They are pretty thick. Good amount of aluminum for 14.99

I was everywhere yesterday looking at everything. Initially went there for a roasting pan, they had a 22lb roaster or some shit for $30 seemed like ti would work then i seen 5.99 9x13 cake pans. They seemed "OK-ish" but these sheets are perfect for my 2 foot wide grow and shiney already. I figure I hang em upside down and the little light that does leak out the sides should reflect down. I can't wait to get these done lol.

You can also add a few C-channels to the back to improve the cooling. Or just add some water to the pan, would simultaneously increase the RH, Lol!
Have seen some vids on youtube with a really big baking sheet and several COB's mounted but he need to use additional heatsinks on the backside. But had a nice steam punk optic, lol!

I visit a scrap yard periodically for cheap aluminum parts or worn out T8 fittings.
With some luck you will find something suitable at a very low pricepoint.

I'll have some pics of my panels up later on today. I got one started last night.

I'm not going to have all my wiring stuff here for a bit but I can mount my lights and maybe my drivers and rewire it when that stuff gets here.
