Hey guys so I want to try some subcool genetics, I want something like ak47 where its easy to grow indoors and the pistols are all the way down the stalk, one that is good for LST, Vigorous, and bushy..... I want one that will be easy to find a keeper also because I can only grow 50 I want to be sure I find a gem...so I need reliable and stable.....which strain fits this profile of subcool genetics the best, to sum it up I am going for mainly just two factors YIELD and STABILITY, thanks in advance.

essentially the one with the most ak47 like genetics

my agent orange is continueing to throw nanners, but it smells/tastes so unique that I keep growing it. mine doesnt yield anything special but Id bet a better pheno would have everything you want. I only grew one seed to find mine, but I can only grow 12 plants to maturity so... lol

Vortex is really popular and everybody finds a keeper when they grow it. qrazy train is absolutely wonderful as well. but I dunno its not a huge yielder but it does have quality lower buds and a monster stem to support everything easily.

im trying jtr and spacebomb next. I keep trying to find that special strain to make a keeper also, but I keep running all my tga gear over and over because I enjoy it so much and its so good! both of the strains iv grown so far came from only 1 seed from the pick and mix btw.

I'm on week five growing out 15 of the Flav from seed. They have a very nice branchy frame, are very vigorous, look like they will yield very well, and the smell is unbelievable. Very fruity with an indescribable exotic funk. Almost like Nag Champa or something. Romulan x Space Dude, can't go wrong with that combination.

In my observations with subs gear I found tons of flavor, resin, and potency! However, not many of his strains or phenos are "yielders"....Its like a double edge sword...and I am sure that the tga team gave no consideration to the commercial grower...they can care a less about yield and I can understand. Quality not Quantity with tga 4 sure! However, I had great yields with qrazy train ( querkle x bloodwreck) as well as Agent Orange, Jilly Bean, 3d, and Qleaner. Jtr, apollo, vortex, pandora's were the strains that had pheno's that had below average yields. The Flav is a good yielder and very unique taste. So you may not get white russian or ak kinda yields but you will have some uber frosted dank that will knock ya out ya socks.

Hopes this helps. All the best.

I disagree complete

Yields from a TGA garden nearby the caretaker used to be a cash cropper
Indoor Yields
Vortex 16 ounces with a 60 day Veg
Jillybean 20 Ounces with a 60 Day veg
Agent Orange 22 Ounces with a 60 day veg

Here is a 12 pound Agent Orange for ya grown outdoors.

But Yes if your looking for massive leafy Colas with huge stems and commercial resin production then TGA is not the right choice :)

Sub, I respect you as a person, as a human, as a grower, as a breeder. However, I wish to inform you that there is multiple ways to be a damn pot snob without being arrogant. I was pluggin what my exp with your gear was and you just say " total disagree"....wtf ...with everything I said??? Whatever man....YOU AINT THE ONLY HUMAN WITH DANK BRO!!!! Nobody gives a hooy whos the king of cannabis.....quit being arrogant and treat others with basic respect. Everyone of us that have grown tga produced beans has a right to input. You can disagree with them all u want, for you have a right....just like each and every other person on this site, ESPECIALLY those who have purchased your beans and grew them.

Just be thankful to have the opportunity that you capitalized on, for many will never have the chance, and given one, they would'nt talk and treat others the way you do when u speak!

my jilly consistently yields over a pound with 60 day veg cycle-

and, she's a fuckin bush. many topped wonder with a candy store flavor that kinda reminds me of the gummie orange candies. very uplifting, happy type of buzz, good for pain relief as well.

Dude if you thought I was being rude I am sorry I wasn't I am just short on time. You totally have the right to your opinion and I welcome it I just don't agree simple. Out of the 20 strains TGA has created and kept around at least half are really good producers. We seem to have gained a rep for not having strains that yield because as you stated its not really our motivating force but the TGA rooms I visit easily pull down 1.5-2 elbos per lamp. You have to remember that there are licensed warehouses full of our gear and if it didn't produce they have zero loyalty and would dump our work.
I mainly just wanted to let you know I wasn't at all trying to be shitty or rude I tend to make short reply's due to time constraints and this time I pissed off a friend and I am sorry.
The correct reply should have been I disagree with some of that statement :)

I believe it for I have seen it myself. I never question the gear...i still grow tga and always will. Im smoking qrazy train, querkle and qleaner now.....My apologies sub...misunderstanding is a misunderstanding....I have had major yielders from tga...and I have had some not so yielders...but in my opinion as far as legit genetics go...the man can breed like no body's business.

Hate to kinda thread jack but since i cannot pm sub i figured i would ask here.

WHERE ON EARTH can i find PLUSH BERRY AND QRAZY TRAIN BEANS?!?!? I settled for deep purple, jilly bean, and chernobly. I am a satvia fan personally and they seemed to cathc my eye, plush berry and the qrazy are the 2 i have been searching high and higher for forever........

BTW only TGA stuff i have ever seen in any dispensary down here in so cal is Querkle. Which is bomb!!!! So. Cal has the weirdest most janky grow tastes imo..... totally the opposite of Nor. Cal and the way i feel growing and such should be done....

But back the my ???? where on earth can I find those 2?!
