Best LED for $400-$600?

I did this as well, I did not use cob holders or tap into any of my heatsinks, I used arctic alumina thermeral adhesive. I did not get the pico connectors however, but this is nice to keep it as simple as possible!

It's not worth $100. You can get an HPS for much less, and get more light, less heat, more yield, for the same or less money.

Mars Hydro preys upon clueless people, they jam a bunch of watts into a cheap fixture, and sell you watts. Watts that are not as good as the watts from a regular HPS.

That company spams my email almost daily, they can't take "no" for an answer. They can't take "go fuck yourself" for an answer. They can't even take "go kill yourself" for an answer.

Be your own judge. Buy one, let everyone know how it did.

damn i got the 900 for 200. i switched out a 600 and the heat is def less. but your prob right bout the other points.i guess its worth putting in place of my 250 hid to veg,if it really does suck that bad lol thanks for your reply. im not a fanboy, just like to know whats good! whats the best after a diy, a51?

There's a company called "Optic" something or another, new-ish company. They have a lot of output. They'll annihilate any Mars 2, 3, 4, or 5 for that matter.

Wait on the newer A51 to be the new leader in price, or output, June, July-ish.... Right now, Optico is it.

Maybe take a look at CMH. A fresh bulb will hold you over until there's better out there.

Has anyone here watched Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt? That is one of the best shows I've ever seen, my top 3 comedies for sure. Right behind Big Bang, and HIMYM.

Fucking is hilarious my kid didn't want to watch it at first but fell in love with that show. You guys if you have Netflix it's a must to watch right along with Orange is the new black funny ass shows.

I disagree. Go with a 900 watt Vipar LED or a 600 watt Vipar LED.

Make sure its the ones on ebay

Make sure you get 5w full spectrum no matter what size.

Its the best bang for my buck after about 2 months of research .

I scrogged a plant with the 600 vipar and took down 8.5 ounces in a 2x2 itent with no heat issues and it runs cool 20on 4 off

keep in mind i got mine on ebay down under but if you make sure its 5w full spectrum you cant miss.

He's selling his vipars on ebay.

Vipar's are junk period. Chinese rebranded junk a 600w hps is much more effiencent than that junk LED I can get 10-16oz from my 600w pretty much doubling your VIPAR junk LED yield. Probably included all the larf and popcorn in his yield total as well.

U don't need 300 watts to properly light a 2x2ft 6 area unless it's a inferior unit. The optic 200 watt Vero best bang for buck for that area code for 10 percent off which makes it even better deal.

That osram. Zelion. Has caught my eye last couple days..I know is very expensive,but I have too have me one! Looks very well built.I can't get away from the purple light for good. Can I ?
