Just wondering what you folks thought about good reads while high. Some people find reading a bit much while stoned, personally I enjoy it.

My choices/suggestions:

Swimming to Cambodia- Spalding Gray (Great movie to watch stoned as well)
The Hobbit- Tolkien
Any of Neil Peart's travel books
Stainless Steel Rat Series by Harry Harrison
Anything by Robert Heinlen

Please share with others, always on the look out for good books! Happy toking, happy reading!

Anything before the 21st century. It's the only way I can ever get through them is to sit down with a bowl and a drink and some hardback literary classic. Alexander Dumas jumps out at me, as does Jules Verne. Now, Verne I'll read sober, but the concepts are so much more fascinating high.

Awesome! I didn't think anyone had read them. I've only read Ghost Rider, however.
