You might want to keep this point in mind........DJ Short was talking about this very thing not long ago!

There are new dual arc bulbs out that are 600w HPS and 400w MH in one 1000w bulb that should deliver a better solid finish with a more complete or strain specific terp profile that is more "correct" for the strain....
EYE Hort's are 150+ bucks a bulb.....not too wallet friendly, while 1000bulbs.com has a Plantmax Dual arc for 48 bucks....less then 1/3 of EYE's! You should note that these need to be struck with a magnetic ballast on HPS....

What happens to "terp profiles" under the most basic and natural light in existence...the sun?
I have grown DJ's Blueberry both indoors and out.
Never noticed any difference in the "terp profile"(taste) between the HPS finished or the sun finished outdoor buds.

Color me skeptical.

I have never pulled a qp off one plant before but this time I have multiple plants there are qp's. I grew these in 7 gallon pots and veged them for 6 weeks. this is the last time I ever do that just takes to long. but I can add it too my list of accomplishments. qp plants.

Blueberry by Dutch Passion is what I grow, it's the original strain. Blueberry Diesel sounds amazing I'll have to try it.

No he runs indoors....

I hear what your saying on outdoor.....I like outdoor.....It just has something indoor does not.....for the most part.....

As far as dual arc's and EYE having what the others don't.......Mostly hype.....There are several dual arc's out there now.....I would be willing to bet that the actual differences are very minor from them to the EYE horts....
The others are "grow" bulbs....

I know that when he was initaly selectively breeding to create this wonderful strain that he was growing indoors and out.
But that was many many years ago...

Hmm, La Gloria Cubano's eh? I like Gurkha, La Flur Dominica, and a few others too......Of course then you get into the real Cubans and all bets are off.....They still rule.

La Glorias were better before they started making them in the Dominican.

I used to buy the Miami made La Gloria Cubana Wavells in the early 1990's...delectable, heavy bodied, musky smokes....nowadays not as good.

Yes that is a REAL Anivesario! I have 6 left. The 2006 Limited Editions, I have 12 left of those. A few other Cuban Brands grace the Humidor along with the Dominicans of choice.....Had a Limited edition after MSU's miracle win last night, with a good 4 fingers of Bullet Bourbon to compliment...

Nothing like a good cigar and a splash of good bourbon......Pregame "bake" was a Blue Cheese fatty....Big Buddha's....

Man that Cohiba looks amazing haven't had the chance to have a real Cuban yet hopefully someday. I like a lil of everything from a $4 stick to a $20 stick.
