Beginners weed grow problems help!

I am a new grower and I need some help, Its week four and a half and i'm running into a problem. my plant's second set of leafs are either dying or sickly does anyone know what I should do?

My Setup:
I'm using 26w clf's =100w Two bulbs and giving the plant 16 hours of light and eight hours of dark. the Temp: usually stays between 60-76 during the daylight and between 60-50's in the night time. The humidity stays between 40-55 through out daylight and night time. I started with potting soil then switched to a more sterile mix, the water i'm using distilled water and watering ever full day or when top soil is dry.

Your watering way to much. I would water every 3 days at the most. Are you using any nutes ?

Alright so every three days and I was using potting soil it had some pre-nutes but i've changed the medium and other then too much water is the lighting ok? And is the growth of the plant normal?

is a green light ok to use (pretty frequently) during the plant's flowering stage? my green light is a green tinted flourescent bulb from home depot. Its the size of a regular bulb that screws into any light socket, just woundering why my buds seem to be growing so slow... please reply..

Ya that sounds like you water to much. I dont water mine but once a week so far anyway. Im sure they will use more when they get older but you need a tester to tell you how moist the soil is below. The light will dry the top layer...

plants cant see green light, from what I read. If you need to take care of your plants at night, you use a green light so you dont give plants light when they dont need it. It could cause stress!

Thanks to all you helping to answer my question!
For future plants what type of soil is best to start them?
Also how long should I wait into the Veg stage before I start to clone? (once this plant recover fully)

the leaves on the bottom of my plant are dying one by one, im three weeks into flowering. Is this normal? should i trim the dead leaves off the plant? cause ive read not to trim much during the flowering stage. (first hydroponic plant)

should I wait it out and see what happens to the leafs that are dying?
Or would i cut them off if they turn for the worst?

i heard trimming in the flowering stage will delay flowering, ... is this true?

Hey man, I use FF Happy FRog with a little bit of perlite. Drainage is great and is agreat starter soil although I use it all thr way through my grow.

Dude do some research on here and then start your own thread.

kylehat, I forgot to answer your last question. I would dial in on your plant or plants before you start taking clones. You just need to slow down a bit and everything should fall into place. Good luck

Alright thankx my plants are looking better I was getting worried....
Really this is my first I can't wait till i'm grower pro!! A few yeas down the line...
I'll post more pictures soon..
How long have you been growing..? Or weed related studies?
Do you know where to get seeds?
I mean alot of the online places seem ok but the whole law thing is setchey.
