Bedroom Grower! (noob project)

I got home from work and first thing I checked was the greenhouse and it was steaming hot in there. I noticed one plant was bent over slightly (he's straightened back up now and I'm happy with it) however this one, the leaves have closed right up...i immediately took the plants out and gave them a drop of water each...I'm hoping it will open back up but she is looking sorry for herself at the moment!

this thread is so british its insane...lol...anyway, dude u gotta put some more soil around it and keep it under a light 24 hrs a day, it doesnt have enough lumens hitting it thats why it keeps stretching....and if u throw a small fan on them it will thicken the stem. Very very light breeze at first tho

Yea there gonna die if you don't transplant soon.if u don't want t-5 at leas get some cfl

just to let everybody know i have bought a t5 light, so hopefuly soon see some quicker progress!

How much did that t5 set you back?

T5 cost me £50..im kitting out a room with mylar, fans so the picture looks a bit ruff but it will take shape shortly...photos to follow on that one.

I have had my plants under the T5 light for 3 days now and they have suddenly started looking very fresh, strong and a nice colour green (bright in the middle).
Father knocked the plants over the other day and the full plant came out of the soil (root and all) i was very gutted but i managed to replant it and it seems to of recovered.

Im mainly posting again for any advice as i am now about 3 weeks into growing (roughly) and i am wondering if there is anything i can do to help growth but without straining the plant as they seem to be doing really well at the moment.

Lower your light they look a little stretched I didn't think you was spending any money on this grow dude?

I think they are stretched because of what light I was using previously.
At the moment the light is about 4 inches above the top of the plant and I have started putting a fan on them to thicken the stems a bit.

Buy a growtent.Small compact & go for LED as saves loads on electric bill.I'm in Scotland so no chance to grow outdoors since we get 4 seasons in 1 day!!!I went for the tent 120 or 200 w led carbon filter yoyo hangers to hold light & filter.Look on YouTube or search tinternet.I'm only on 3rd grow but there great for a small stealth grow
