i keep seeing this post come up. import and export of hemp is illegal in teh U.S.....saw a comment that suggested otherwise. it's not because 'weed'. it's because 'hemp'. interstate is ok. bummer too, i really want some Big Buddha cheese and their legends gold. i can't find Big Buddha anywhere.
So do I think, it is not even about the weed seeds, there are something about breaking agriculture law...Now I order from Herbies USA, I like the seeds range, yeas the price is a bit higher but the delivery almost 10 times faster.

It's not about the seeds being legal or illegal in the US. It's importing seeds without the proper paperwork and approvals, that is the issue.

hemp is forbidden from import export. not sure even about getting a permit working out.

lots of better sources than herbies....not many people want white label seeds from the sativa or indica piles. it's gross to sell seeds like that. for some, this is medicine....we want the breeder, the lineage, etc. not names.

sure, we all have import/export permits for hemp. i don't they are going to issue millions of those. so, forbidden it is for so many.
That's like saying someone who doesn't go through the process to obtain a driver's license is forbidden from having a license...

Here's the form is the seeds are from Canada.

And if the seeds aren't from America's Hat, you just need the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin and then the seeds Wil be inspected at the first port of entry.

It's just a process, that anyone can do.

The last few orders I had snagged by customs all said Dept. of Agriculture, not allowed to import seeds basically. FWIW, my last order from Herbies came through, probably because the stealthiness was pretty good.
