If the person was determined and willing to stalk one person at a time, they could definitely go on a murder spree.

Anyone determined to kill will find a way to do it.

The issue is most often mental illness that makes a person go on a rampage.
The difference between getting angry and punching someone and killing them with a bullet is born out in statistics every day.
Guns don't kill people
People with guns do

If any of you really cared about the 2nd amendment you would want all gun restrictions removed

The NRA actually endorsed the GCA of 1968

I left the NRA in the late 80's when those fuck heads would not fight the prohibition of full auto weapons. Worthless fucks. Certain parts were also classified with machine gun status.

It's interesting, most people campaigning for more stringent gun laws have very little understanding of how the weapons operate. Some stupid fuck on this board thinks lugging around 5 or 6 semi auto weapons makes a person a quick draw artist.

Not one of these fucking idiots have ever witnessed weapons collectively formulate an attack on humans. This country needs to have a prohibition on stupid fucking people.

On a side note, most machinist I know have a gun or two laying around. Not in your case?

Ya gotta love it when folks like this call out Obama for what he is - a self serving punk. I had to laugh watching his moment of "anger" in response to the massacre. Reminded me a kid acting out.

.....but some really are suckers for this phony shit.

kinda like the shrub landing on an air craft carrier......

isn't it starnge how all these racist righties could care less about what happened to these poor families and just want to take any chance they can to make the president look bad, and all because he is simply black?

the righties can't get over their racism for one second to send a message of condolence to these families.

it is sickening.
Condolences?! They're poor because they're LAZY and STUPID, of course! (Sarcasm, so labeled in case of idiots)

As to how the good doctor would have handled the shooter, he said this LOL:

While other political candidates are calling for either gun control measures or arming teachers, GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson said Tuesday he'd have another strategy for a gunman like the one who killed students and a professor in Oregon last week: He'd probably stand up to the killer.

"Not only would I probably not cooperate with him, I would not just stand there and let him shoot me," the retired neurosurgeon told Fox News' "Fox & Friends" program about the Oregon killer, who asked his victims if they were Christians before he shot them.

"I would say 'Hey guys, everybody attack him. He may shoot me but he can't get us all.'"

Last week, Christopher Harper-Mercer, 26, killed his English professor and eight students at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg before turning a gun on himself, asking his victims before shooting them if they were Christians, and Carson said that troubles him.

That's really easy to say when you don't have a gun to your head.

I can see Ben's point. The gunman must have had his back to some of these people. If you know you're gonna be killed it's better to go down fighting.

But I know your game. You're gonna ignore logic because of the (conservative) source. Cut the political nonsense and use some common sense.
