What's good folks?

Thought I'd start a journal here on my fem red dragon. Germinated seed back on 9/18 and topped her 2 weeks later and also took 2 clones. As for my setup, ill be using a 150w HPS and 6x 23W CFL's.

Soil: Fox Farm Ocean Forest with perlite

Nutes: Botanicare pro grow/soil, cal mag plus, all the additives, and great white

First time using great white mycorrhizal for root stimulant and gotta say this shit rocks! Used this to take clones off of her as well and worked out great!

I vegged her for a month and switched to flower 2 and a half weeks ago. She showed sex in about a week and a half or so.

Here she is at around 10 days

2 weeks later after topping her

Ill post some updated pics of her later today, charging my battery now!

Alright so heres some pics that I just took. Shes about a week and a half in 12/12 since showing sex and she is a stretcher! Hopefully shes done stretching as im running out of height. This week I fed her a combo of pro grow and soil, along with some liquid karma and cal mag. Shes got 8 tops, I cut off the bottom 2 off to clone (dropped a light and killed one) so im left with 1 clone. Anyways, enjoy the pics!

heres the clone i took off of. She took well over a week to root but seems to be doing well. Strange thing is she's got triplets, three stems coming out! I'll be flowering her at the same time too since i dont have any other room, just wanted to try my hands at cloning...

She looks happy, I'm here to ask a report on the AA. I'm planning on having it in my auto patch next year and just wanted to know how you feel on the stability of this strain and would also like to know the ratio's you got of indica to sativa dominant you received with this strain.

Hey folks,

got some bad news to report. As I suspected earlier, my RD is a fuckin hermi :wall: So far, it seems to only come out on the two main tops so I cut them off (about 4 that I found). I really dont care if I end up with seeds but my concern is the yield and the potency. This is my first time growing a feminized seed and it sure aint a good one.
Always heard of feminized seeds potentially going hermi but didnt actually think it would happen to me! Since this is my one and only seed, I think for now I'll just keep lettin her go? also tied the two main tops as she continues to stretch out. any and all comments welcome!

here she is at week 3 in 12/12

Thanks sucks. I have some Barneys LSD (fem) growing now (see my journal) they are 2.5 weeks into flower with no sign of hermi. Do you have a pic of the hermi part you cut off. I would love to see it. I aslo think cutting off the hermi section will do nothing but prolong the issue. I have read and heard you can cut off the males sacks, but they will keep comming back. Also it only takes one sack to polinate your buds. I think you will end up with some seedy buds they wont be very good...........or atleast that what I have read. This really sucks, I ahve heard of several people having an issue with Barneys Fem Seeds going Hermi.......I am keeping my fingers crossed that mine will be just fine.

Sorry to see the proof.....I was hoping you had made a mistake but it looks as if your were right on the money:-(

Thanks about my Barneys LSD, I just hope I dont have any issues.....so far things look 100% female for me.

I hope that my Red Dragon doesn't turn hermie as I am just about to start treating a clone with Colloidal Silver to produce pollen - I don't want any normal hermie pollen.

week 4 in 12/12

Hey all,

wanted to give you a quick update on the RD. Im having some major mag issue and currently feeding her with epsom salt but its still not going away. Getting lots of yellowing and brown spots, leaves curling upwards. On the good side, I've yet to see any balls growing out (as far as i can see) so im hoping she'll pull through, but i feel like she's flowering alot slower than any of my previous grows...

I've had the same problem with my Red Dragon - yellowing leaves with brown dead splotches (not spots).
I put it down to my waterings being too acidic and locking out the mag (yellowing) and the phospherous (brown blotches) - my pH meter was a useless load of chinese crap.

A good flushing seems to have fixed my problem but the plant was definitely stunted because of it.
