so i was a christian all along i just never actually followed the religion. i always had the question does god exist well tonite i decided to take it a step further with a very close friend of mine. we go to church an before it started my friend asked the pastor to save me or cleanse me as some might say. in the middle of church he brings up that i wanted to get closer to god an jesus an asked for people to pray for an with me. an then he started praying with me an then after i had to recite some stuff. after all that was over which i felt pretty good after. he said instead of doing an offering he wanted us if we wanted to give something up that is very close to us to the kingdom of god. an then he told us what ever we gave kids in a poor country would get them if it was clothes. an if it was electronics or things of that sort that he would sell the electronics an give the money to the country. well then he thought about a missionary in india an after everyone put things up there he said he was donating the clothes to missionary an he was going to sell the electronics an give the money to the missionarys. i forgot to mention that i put my sweater up on the alter my shoes that i paid 120$ for 2 days ago an my buddy put down his sweater his shoes an his ipod touch 2nd generation. an the pastor said he was going to do it again next weekend an my very close friend plans on bringin 900$ for the missionary an im donating all my old computer stuff i dont use. sorry just had to get this off my chest i feel pretty good for doing it.
