7th Dec (Day 16 Veg) - Had no electricity for 36 hours. Missed out on 28 hours of light total. Also no fan circulating air. Humidity got up to the 80s and temps down to 15-17c. They all look ok though. Will just have to keep an eye. Hopefully won't effect yield too much. Pictures to follow next few days.

8th Dec (Day 17 Veg) - Lights went off again at 4pm yesterday and came back on at 6.30am today, Missed 12 hours of light. Put lights on right away so hopefully it stays on and they will be on until 1am tomorrow morning. Humidity got high again but no sign of mould. They're all showing signs of females, so not gone all hermie on me just yet! All starting to pre flower.

The two I tried LST On have responded excellent. Adjusted it and they've turned towards the light again within a few hours.

Watered today with straight water 1.5L each. Will up to 2L on next water.

Pictures up tonight just before lights go off, completely forgot this morning because of the electric situation.

8th Dec (Day 17 Veg) - Lots of drooping after watering. Can't wait to improve drainage with perlite on next grow and hopefully eliminate it. Swapped the back two plants over to try get the weaker one more direct under the light. Temps have been much better the past week. Sits under 30c now. Need to find something better for circulation fan to sit on as the box I'm using as a stand is taking up needed space.

Will get individual pictures tomorrow.

9th Dec (Day 18 Veg) - All perked back up again. Having to raise light every day by at least an inch.

Still not drilled holes for LST. Will defiantly do it on next grow, started a bit late on this one and don't want to stress them further,

Lighting isn't great for photos but cause of the power cuts the lights go off and back on while I'm asleep and I don't want to pull them out just for photos. The colours are all a nice consistant green. Going to adjust it by an hour each day to ge back on to 00.00-18.00.

11th Dec (Day 20 Veg) - Been adjusting the timer by an hour each day but forgot to plug the ballast plug back into the timer afterwards so lights were off for an extra 6 hours. Screwed up the times even more so might not bother adjusting them again.

Straight water today 2L each.

14th Dec (Day 22 Veg) - Had to move plants yet again for space for a relative to sleep. Will not be doing that again. Growth is good, I'm having to raise lights every day. The back two plants without LST are lacking compared to the front two. The one on the right at the front is looking great I think. The picture uploaded doesn't do them any favours, I'll get some individual pictures over the next few days.

One thing I've noticed is space in the tent is becoming an issue. My research before I started said 1 square foot per plant is sufficient, which obviously isn't. I need something else to stand my fan on as the box takes up to much room. Things will still be tight even without the box but need all the space possible. As I'm not running autos next grow i think I'll just start two seeds off and use LST to fill it out and veg until I'm happy.

Any suggestions for fan placement instead of the top of that box would be greatly appreciated.

15th Dec (Day 24 Veg) - I'd got my dates and days muddled up but it's now correct. This is the last week of veg.

Gave 2L of water today with 1/4 strength grow and 1/4 strength bloom nutes.

Plant at back left has always been struggling compared to the others, droops a lot more. It's behind with pre-flower. Sure it's just drainage and slight root problems but not much I can do at this stage. Tempted to throw it out to make room but my hearts telling me not to lol.

You can't see it in the pictures but I've suspended the 12" circulation fan using string to create more space. Also introduced a 6" fan lower down to cool canopy.

Tall plant at the right back is around 50cm high, plant at the right front is around 45cm and the other 2 are around 43cm. Information off seed bank says 80cm max.

I've tried to upload photos in the same order but may have got 1 or 2 muddled up when I've repositioned them in the tent. I'll be adding tags to the shopping list for my next grow. Figured I didn't need them this grow as they're all the same strain but it would of made it easier to log. Live and learn again.

19th Dec (Day 28 Veg) - Plants are 6 weeks old today, had 2 weeks seedling and 4 weeks in veg. Classing this as last day of veg as buds are starting to form. Should have at least 4 weeks left to run so feeling it's going ok. Few more photos.

Swapped the position of the back 2 around as the tall one was up to the bottom of my circulation fan. That's only thing changed since last update.

24th Dec (Day 5 Flower) - Waterd today 2.5L each no nutes.

26th Dec (Day 7 Flower) - Space is a big issue now it's obviously not going to improve unless I do something, still debating on whether or not to throw weakest one out. Pictures taken today, slightly hungover so only a few. Will get more on the next picture update in a weeks time.

30th Dec (Day 11 Flower) - Major change since last update. I've moved the weakest one outside the tent. I started off a free Royal Cheese Auto a few weeks back before I had space issues. Decided it's better to move one of the auto AKs which I have four of to free up space for the other three and for the Royal Cheese. I'm not logging the Royal Cheese. Still expecting to pull something off the AK as the buds are still growing.

Two of the plants are showing signs of potassium defiancy so I'm introducing PK Boost into the feeds.

Watered today 2.5L each with 1/2 strength bloom nutes and half strength PK Boost.

Pictures to follow tomorrow or Saturday.

3rd Jan (Day 15 Flower) - I'd like to wish everyone who's reading a happy new year. It's the beginning of week 9 now, I have a feeling they will run 3-4 weeks past the 10 it says on the seed information. Had a few set backs that probably delayed them.

The yellowing of new growth hasn't got worse so sure it was a potassium deficiency. Can't really tell in pics cause grow light was on.

Buds aren't growing as fast as I'd hoped now. Seem to have slowed slightly.

Watered again today as pots were dry. 2.5L each no nutes.

Few random pictures, they don't do them any favours, Look better in person. I'm going to catch them in natural/room light next weekend.

4th Jan (Day 16 Flower) - Took pictures today just as lights are coming on. The first picture is of the plant I did LST on which was the best a few weeks back which had the deficiency recently, its actually worse then I thought. The others aren't really showing signs of deficiency. A couple of yellow tips on the other one I did LST on but it's not worrying me.

Leaves are starting to look frosty. Really going to try get some better quality pictures on the weekend.

Really not happy with the space, they're all over lapping and competing for room. Defiantly learn from this.

The guide I decided to follow said 1sq ft per plant would be enough. Obviously not lol.
Well if you plan ahead for it...stagger the plants in the pots, have an idea how your training is going to affect the plant etc,its better...but still.

Well I'm not running autos next time and I'm only going to start off two plants. Already thinking about positions and when to LST and which way to manipulate the plants to fill the space etc.

Learned a lot from this grow already, there has been a few problems but I'm happy with the way it's going still. Think I've been fairly lucky though because the videos and tutorials i first followed made it seem really simple. People say it is simple, but that's only if conditions and nutrients etc are all right. It's one thing knowing what they should be, but it's another thing getting them all right.

7th Jan (Day 19 Flower) - Waterd today 4L each with 1/2 strength nutes. Reason I've upped the water amount is to get more run off and flush out any salt build up. Never really had much run off. Hopefully done the right thing.

Still making slowish progress compared to a few weeks ago.

Pictures to follow on weekend again.

12th Jan (Day 24 Flower) - Update later than planned but I had a heavy weekend so been feeling tender and also had a problem with one of the plants so was reluctant to post.

First two pictures - The girl at the back left, which had become my best plant took a nasty turn on Saturday. Growth towards the top was really droopy, some leaves had random yellowing and yellow spotting and some tips were curling under. It looked to me like heat stress had caused nutrient problems but i didn't think it was that because the heat has been consistant at high 28c-30c and no others were showing the same problems and plus they'd been fine with feeds up to now. After making a topic the general thoughts were heat stress so I've put a 12" fan in front of the window to circulate some cooler air around. It has picked up a little since yesterday but still looking really sad. You can read here if you want to see the diagnosis topic - https://www.rollitup.org/t/plant-looking-bad-help-please.895706/

Pictures three, four and five - The plant at front left, which is now the best looking. Happy with how it looks overall. Trichomes standing out, looking frostier every day.

Pictures six, seven and eight - Plant at front right. Also stating to see more trichomes, looking a little frosty. This is the one that I had nutrient problems with a few weeks back which is where you see the old problems leaves. It's not really got worse since so will just have to keep an eye.

Picture nine - Just to show how I log stuff. Numbers at the bottom of the days are days into flower. Just makes it easier to glance up and see when i last watered with nutes or whatever.

Got no pictures of the fourth plant outside the tent but it actually looks ok, buds are small but it looks healthy.

Reason I've listed info for the pictures separately is it looks a mess in there, and it kinda is. Way to cramped. I have had problems and it's a bit embarrassing but the pictures don't do any justice.
