Dang. Checked this, morning and my sweet gelato auto is shooting pistils..at 5 inches tall lol
You mentioned handling it some type of way, can you elaborate as to why you think it isn't as developed as it could be? I mentioned I had dug mine up as seedlings and replanted and they are around the same level of development.

When it was breaking soil. The shell had fell off to early and the cotyledons were under devekoped and white as can be. Heres pad pics ones real blurry but you can see how white and tiny it was. Took a while for,it to bounce back and open up. Also planting it in a giant pot slowed it down a little as it took longer for roots to establish I believe.

The shell falling off early and pale leafs are not problems. Is it possible you're growing in amended soil and it may have been a little hot for your seedling? It looks nice and dense like its ready to blow up now.

I've messed up so many seedlings, i'm still not sure why, doesn't matter who made them sometimes, maybe they aged in an unstable environment, or maybe my soil mixes were not what they were looking for.

Lol no I grow in washed ph'd coco. Not hot at all. And ya the shell came off very early.. Which does make a huge differnce.. Take a seed. Break it open. Look at it.. Here. I just broke open a fresh seed.. It takes time inside the shell to develop before it sheds the shell. And this one happens to shed it to fast

So basically the shell shedding to early caused the little thing to fight for its life for the first week instead of just growijg as one normally would.

In a dry un germinated seed its just an embryo . only after the right, conditions does that embryo become a tap root and other end plant . and what I'm saying is my seeds shell came off before it was ready.

Looking good! I'm guessing the fast buds strain will go into flower faster than the sweet seeds version, it's good your plant isn't as behind as ours. I think we all have some good potential stretch and flower growth ahead of us.

Sweet seeds version is crossed with an og / kush auto strain. When i smoked mine they seemed to be right in the middle, possible to get a pheno leaning one way or the other if you ask me, its just up to luck. My buds were also super tight. Now I get to compare my crosses with these originals. :bigjoint:
