The only possible reason that the puppet congress would approve this is because it is time to let the real economic terror begin. Phase two of the planned economic implosion is going into effect. Once congress audits the fed and the tens of trillions in guarantees and transfers to europe are made public there goes the dollar down the toilet right behind the euro.
