Area 51 or TOPLED Mars II

I am in the market for some LEDs and I can't make the final decision of what company to go with.

Of course the Area 51 lights are probably better quality than TOPLED panels. But the price difference and journals that feature the TOPLED lights catch my eye very much.

I already have a 150w hps and will be adding led with that.

Area 51 XGS-190 LED Grow Light

TopLED Mars II Grow light
170-200w power consumption
Blue and red spectrum
$245 plus shipping
----Would get 2 as my budget is about $600.

Don't expect any service from TopLED. My unit came full of metal shavings and they basically told me to go fuck myself. It required a total tare down, cleaning, and rebuild before it was even safe to use.

This is what passes TopLed quality control. They told me this unit was fine and to just go ahead and use it. This could have EASILY started a fire.



This is not an isolated incident either. Other users have reported units full of metal as well.

That Area 51 panel is a much, much, much better light.

The TOPLED forums and posts of amazing results with their lights is totally fake.
Check some recent threads/posts around here, a few of our members have gotten sucked into their scam.
Generic Chinese brand LED's are not to be trusted!
You will be way happier with an Area 51 LED light, I should know, I own one, and love it.

Admiral Smurf could tell you which forum exactly, as he was the one who alerted me of the issue.

I got a random email (dont know how they got it) from http://www.lgledsolutions.com/ asking me about my set up.. Im still looking but its the identical light they recommended I think just in a bigger size...
