Are we looking OK for 4 weeks into Flowering?

Though I do agree that there could be a bit more light (as there almost always can be), I honestly do not believe that is what is causing the problem in these plants.

A lack of light will generally lead to stringy, long and thin plants and much fewer sets of leaves (from my experience anyhow)... What you have in these pictures doesn't seem to be a lighting problem (again: to me), but a problem with *watering* (as someone else mentioned)... They are either not being watered enough or being watered too much.. that's my opinion. I don't think a lack of light is what is causing the plants to droop like that, and I don't think it is nutrient related either (since these typically lead to discolorations).

I haven't grown pot many times and I'm far from a guru, but from all of the photographs I've seen on this site (and believe me, I sit and look through the health threads a lot), this really looks like a watering issue.

Even the way some of the tips on your plants curl in is a classic example of a very common result of over-watering.

if the heat is to high and the light is to close than the plant will not get legggy, it will get shrubby and mutated, like the marijuana plant in question.
it os most definatly over-watering, but thats not the only problem...........

What kind of water-feeding schedule should i put her on?
I know to use the cleanest water possible - i use Spring water - but should i add any Nutes to the water?

I had this problem with my first grow- from what I could deduce, you can't do anything to fix those leaves.

I'm no expert, but after a bunch of research I concluded that my problem (that looked a lot like your problem) was due to a nutrient toxicity- too much nitrogen in flower apparently retards bud growth and can cause your leaves to curl up. My advice is to flush your plants, and significantly cut down on how often/how much you feed them.

It's been almost 1 week now so i'm including a few updated pics.

I have not directly water fed her for almost 5 days now, but i do regularly mist feed her before the lights go out. New leaves are growing apparently straighter, and coloration is steady, no yellowing or anything like that yet.

150W HPS is on the way.

Anyone have any suggestions when i should give her the first watering and what level of nutes, should i use per 1 gallon water.

dont mist the plant at all let it dry out and you will be able to tell this by either picking the pot up and it being light or by the plant drooping .

going by the one finger leaves, i would think the light sched is off causing it to go back into veg state.
I'm a little confused as to why one finger leaves are growing on during the flower cycle, 4-5 weeks after starting 12/12??

Can anyone elaborate?

go to homedepot and get 27k cfls or some 2 or 4ft t5s . you need 150 more watts. use 65k when vegging. you will have 2 sets of bulbs for your lights when done, the difference will get you upset for not doing it from the start

I would like to point out that the OP is using the equivalency number instead of the actual wattages on the bulbs. Surprised that plant even flowered with less than 40 actual watts.
