Haven't posted in awhile since I don't have anything new really. Still rocking the Hellraiser. Here's round 4 or 5??? of clone at 6 weeks. 1 1/2 to 2 weeks left. Even though the high, taste, smell, and all that is the same as other phenos, not much variance, this one is my fav. cut. She's rock hard nugs and finishes fast. Thanks for sharing everyone and that grimace looks lovely.!! I so want that one bad. lol
nice.

Looks great man, can you provide a more detailed explanation on the high, smell taste?
I grabbed a pack of these. Any tips on the grow? I assume it is a light feeder. How does she take to training, is support required, how stinky is she and all that stuff....

Ill try, lol. Yes she's a very light feeder. When I do my soil mix up it lasts the whole grow, no additional nutes required. She defineatly needs some form of support. Ive used both tomato cages and stakes. I prefer the tomato cages when I get them on in time. Also she's a huge stretcher when you flip to 12-12. 3 times the size once she flowers so account for that...um.... She does awesome with training. I like to play a lot and see what a strain can take and she responded well to topping, supercropping, & LST. She will mold up if your humidity is to high in the later stages.
Smell is like a diesel, kerosene, lemony scent with a hint of skunk. I can rub the sugar leaves and smell my fingers all day, just dank and loud!! Odor control is a must. Nothing on my RKS but still the 2nd smelliest strain I've done.
I'm glad ya picked up a pack to try out, I'll follow along for sure, Excited for ya. lol. If you need to know anything else in paticular throughout your grow just ask and I can give you my take on it bud. Here's one ready to go once the flower room opens up. She's been topped, tied down and loving it. She's really been neglected but still trucking along. Too cold, pot to small, & only good lighting for 6 hours a day since trying to cut my power bill down lol and she is still healthy. Very hardy strain no herm. issues at all.

^^^ beautiful brother!! Yeah I'm in love with the smells on these girls. I'm literally always smelling my fingers after messing in the garden, people probably thinking im picking my nose or have a nervous tick or something, walking around Wal-Mart smelling my fingers lol., even after washing my hands. I just keep trying to nail down the exact smell but never can. it's just fuely, lemon, skunk best I can say. I'll show pics of my Fire og leaning phenol when she gets further along. She's my heavier yielder at 3 - 31/2 per. Takes a lot longer at 10-11 weeks to be proper.
I'm going to go ahead and take this girl down today my faceoff leaning one. She's only 7 weeks but I'm out of smoke and she's damn close. All done swelling basically just waiting on trich.s now. 80% cloudy, 20% clear, and no amber but fuck it I'll take her now to get some smoke.

Nice!! That faceoff male Archive uses really has a lot of influence in the crosses, very similar to my Hellraisers.
Here's my Fire og leaning phenol. 6 1/2ft. all natural, no topping or training. This girl is amazing! After the 2nd or 3rd node she turns into a tri. throwing 3 branches out at every node instead of the usual two. A real streather. Buds are to potent for me but everyone loves her. This girl is a heavy yielder for an OG giving 3 to 4 eggs per. Wish the buds were further along to show but they are beautiful too. The Faceoff leaning nugs are super tight, heavy, and rounded golfballs while the Fire leaning phenol nugs I call my pinecone buds. Really big, enlongated calayxes. Real pointy, jaggedy looking buds. They look like pinecones for real.

Archive beans can be hard to find sometimes so I went ahead and made some beans as well. I had very few males with the 13 or so beans I cracked but the male I choose was a fire og leaning guy. Really strong grower just like my girl up there who also threw out tri. branches at every internode and the ''ballsacks'' and leaves around them had trichromes. Not dripping in sugar like buds but trichromes none the less. I hit both phenos with his pollen. Here's the beans starting to form. 1st faceoff, 2nd fire.

And here's some nugs quick dryed behind the ps4 from the girl just chopped. lol

Could you expand on that?

In these days of smoke all day most days, there's really
a 'too potent' strain in existence?

ETA - I just ordered some singles of Grape Smuggler and MD Golden Ticket, but passed on the face off - the claim of 'green outs' reminded me of sannies' claims for herijuana.

Thats cool youre doing seeds, with genetics this bad ass it oughta be a successful venture. Cant believe you go untopped/untrained, Id be anxious! Growing OGs is like a battle with them trying to stretch as much as possible while yielding as little as possibe and then flopping everywhere at the end. I immobilze my shit with tomato cages/netting etc so they cant move an inch haha

my last crop I put bamboo sticks every 6 inches and tied each branch to the bamboo so that they were in a circle leaving the opening in the middle so the light can get inside and I yielded better than ever.

Congrats on the beans, that grape smuggler sounds delicious. Na the to potent is just me. I quit smoking for awhile and now whenever I smoke it really hits me. Don't know what the hell happened but I get paranoid and shit now. That's why whenever I do a smoke report I can comment on taste and growth but everything else is from a consensus of around 10-20 friends who smoke every day all day as far as potency goes. I'm in no way saying this is the best bud or anything.lol. Just real deal og like I smoked in Cali. in the mid., 90's.. My personnel favorite bud now is what I was told is GDP. It looks like it with the neon looking purple and tastes like the description, like a perfumy fruity peeble type tast but I honestly don't know if that is really what it is. That's the only reason I haven't ordered any GDP beans and give it a go. if it is real deal GDP and I ordered some beans then I have to find the right phenol.... I just have to wait until it comes around from the ATL.. to here. Shit I might try to get some beans.

Yeah I mix it up, some trained others I'll let go natural. In all honesty I just got lazy and didn't mess with this one. She was throwing out three branches per node and my lazy bone figured just let her go amazon on me. Yeah my first time with these they out grew the light. lol.

Yeah thats basically what I do with the tomato cages,I tie the branches apart to the rings so the middle is open. And yeah, bay area here

Nah its pretty easy, there's usually 5 or 6 main branches and I cut them off at the base and lift them out, way easier than harvesting a scrog screen which I also use sometimes. Right now Im runnning the race fuel, diablo and skywalker og, and leeroy and karma bitch from rare dankness.

Its pretty good. I did 2 packs of it last year and found a good one that Ive ran a few times. The bud is great but the plant is a pain in the ass to grow, clones take forever to root and are slow to get going.,even for an OG. Ill try and get some pics up in the RD thread before I harvest them.
