Apparently, fuck the US constitution; Sodomy ruling not overturned regardless of Sup. Court decision

You think the University of California, Santa Barbara is private property? I guess that's cool, Buck thinks political speech is pornography.
tell me where you live, and i'll stop by to decorate your neighborhood in 5 foot tall posters of aborted fetuses.

i'm sure you'll approve.

Nope, just forgot where it happened.

'How does the University view displays on it's ground that are graphic in nature?' would be the next question I suppose. There's no disputing that the large billboards were graphic, and this isn't a class we're talking about either. This was in front of a building on the sidewalk area.

How do you view the first amendment right to freedom of speech would be my reply, in the form of a question. I agree that showing pictures of aborted fetuses is graphic, upsetting even. It's almost as if those who oppose abortion think that abortion is distasteful and upsetting.

I really don't understand why the love between two men or two women upsets the bigots so much. Why can't you just be happy that they found someone?

I have no idea what they were charged with. The OP states " Louisiana is still arresting gay men that want to have consensual sex with other gay men." ..... "wanting to have sex" of any kind isn't illegal anywhere, there has to actually be sex, not just wanting it. So his statement was a lie taken at it's literal meaning.

So, basically you don't want to answer the question so you're diverting? As long as we're on the same page.

You are free to hold whatever opinion you want, but when you violate the rules of a public place you can't hide behind the right to protected speech.

I'm all for gay rights, but I don't want gay porn on billboards (or any porn for that matter). I don't think execution videos should be played in public, I don't think rape or torture videos or images should be shown in public, and I don't think abortions should be shown in public either.

The right to free speech doesn't mean you can say whatever you want, where ever you want. Not sure why people assume that.

Growing balls has noting to do with the healthy upbringing of children, and the effects that graphic images have on the mental health of said children.

Where is Doer when you need someone to scream "SLIPPERY SLOPE" at the top of their lungs?

Adults have the right to choose what they see, kids do not. That's why movie ratings and parental consent exist. You don't have the right to show my, or anyone's kid, imagery that could possibly harm their mental well being, regardless of how much of a hard on you have for the cause.

Present your case to adults, in an adult setting. If your cause is so weak that the only people you can indoctrinate are weak-minded children, you should just give up.

They are sending undercover police to solicit consensual sex from gay men, then arresting them.

Please read the article before commenting.

Rep. Patricia Smith (D-Baton Rouge) introduced the repeal bill in January, following incidents in which sheriffs deputies in her district arrested at least a dozen men who agreed to have consensual sex with male undercover officers under the law — placing the sodomy ban under scrutiny.
