i was just out on a picnic with the lady...well kind of. i was also scouting out a spot i thought would be perfect for a guerilla grow, an enormous deforested area on the side of a ridge overlooking Mt St Helens, Mt Hood, and Mt Rainier.

well, as we were eating, we heard a helicopter come out. we couldn't see it from where we were sitting, but we both figured it was WAY too early in the season for them to be out there.

after we ate, of course it was time to toke, which stupidly i left in the car. as i was walking back to the car, i was finally able to see and not just hear the chopper. it was VERY low and circling for a long time. then it flew up the ridge a ways and did the same thing at a second spot. and then a third.

i was in oregon (barely) and it sounds like this might be what others have talked about. looks like i won't be planting there!

I have finally decided to go completely guerilla and move my plants from behind my house to a location about 5 miles away in no man's land. I think its worth going out there once or twice a week compared to the stress of worrying about getting busted.

Dude if you haven't noticed, America is known for wasting money/tax payers dollars.
In this sense he is correct. There's a lot better things they'd rather waste that money on. Like lining their pockets. Unless they need use up budget money most of these places aren't going to bother. I guess you missed all the local government cut backs going on across the board? They need people to man these operations as well.

I just moved to Rainier, OR. Been scouting spots to grow, are they generally out in strength looking around here?

a buddy had 6-8 plants in yard, copter flew over n next day they come through the door. they found a grenade that was in the house when it was bought apparently. nothing was done about the few plants but he did federal time for the grenade.

I'm guessing those sweeps will be coming to an end soon? Isn't this whole thread rendered pointless by yesterday's election?
It isn't legal till next July, and I'm an ommp holder just don't have any space to grow and can't locate a grower. Hence growing in the woods

I got nailed by the chopper after i outran 10 cop cars in a V6 truck. You can loose the cars but their choppers a little harder to outrun. I represented myself and got off on the charges. Their only witness didnt show up. It might have been because i found out through my lawyer who he was and showed up at his house once or twice to make sure he wasnt going to make it.
