Anyone ever get busted by a helicopter on here?

The reason I ask is there has been some county helicopters in the area and I am worried they'll see my plants. I only have two plants, but they are getting pretty big. I wonder if they would even bother with two plants?

what would authorities do if they even found like 2,3,4 plants? would they spend the time opening an investigation or checking nearby residents?

That's what I was thinking. I live in a mountain community and the plants are behind my house, nestled nicely in some camo painted pots in bushes about 10 feet apart. The helicopters have flown a pattern nearly the same two days in a row, within about an hour of the same time too. I was thinking maybe a routine patrol? It was a larger helicopter as well maybe like Huey sized.

Were I live they dont give a fuc*, the police chief thinks it should be legalized. My buddy has been caught around bars 3-4 times with less than couple of ounces each time and NEVER got a ticket. He said a year ago they told him to leave and didnt even take it from him. Neighbor has had at least 1 plant in his back yard for about 6 years and had no problems. I dont advertise though I grow inside and keep my nouth shut!

Your county owns helicopters? Damn, where I live the county prison is about to fall over and they can barely pay the county employees, haha. Do you have any kind of military base close by? I have one about 30 miles away and every now and then I see one of them flying over kinda low doing whatever.

Nah. They usually rent them from the state, medivacs, or forestry commissions.

I heard it costs my city $10k to even get a pilot in the seat and the bird in the air. That's not counting fuel costs to fly around. I can say I believe that.... last year we bought a new bird at the sum of some $2.2mil. Since then I haven't seen it in the air but for major shootings and freeway chases. The old Huey was up every night for hours.

I'll tell you a story about my buddy getting busted by chopper..It was about four years ago and he had about thirty plants in pots in a bus with no top in full view. he usually had a tarp over it but he got ballsy I guess..this was in july and the choppers don't usually fly that early. but anyways he was in the house getting some coffee started (It was about 730am) he hears a low roar like a log truck so he thought nothing of it, until that chopper was right over him... (BTW they use huey choppers like they used in Nam, for oregon marijuana air search)...anyways those thing are stealth!!!!so he sees it flying like 15 ft over his bus, he runs out of his house (30-40 feet away) and sees the passenger taking pictures of his plants. so he grabs his plants two at a time and starts throwing them over the fence into the creek totally destroying them in the process. well anyways he's fucking stressed out beyond belief and expects all his kids are going to be taken by the state, his property siezed the whole nine, but nothing ever happend!!!! I think it has to do with him getting rid of them and destroying them on the spot...Who knows???.........he doesn't grow anymore. scarred straight I guess.

What is Oregon marijuana air search? Is that just looking for pot from the air? The county I live in I think is still the biggest in the country, so they've got a little bit o' money for fun stuff like choppers. But you guys have eased my mind a bit on the helicopters. I have come to the conclusion that I can't freak out every time I hear a chopper. Whatever happens happens.

I've gotten chased by a CHOPPER GUNNER once but it wasn't for weed it was just trying to kill me.....in a game lol. but yea i don't think choppers do shit like that unless there looking for massive fields of marijuana like if your doing indoors im sure alot of you standard home electronics produce more heat then some of these lights bro. but shit you never know i still would take the procotions.

I had a 8 plant plot dug up by the po pos last year. I started them late and they were only about a foot tall each, about 2-3 feet apart. They were back in a field next to my house and the chopper was flying over them in circles for like 10 minutes. Not long after a sheriff van rolls down the street. I checked them after about a week and they were all gone. Because I started late and the plants were not bushy at all the soil around them could be seen from the sky, i'm 100% thats why they got got.
