If that window border is any indication of the craftsmanship on the rest of the spread, I don't think it'll even get that far.

Look at the value in the market though. Shit, what's a little nick and scratch, here and there. Think of it as an investment...a flip, if you will. Surely you can see the benefit, it's just that the previous owner had a recent and unexpected change of employment, that is to say retired, to a land known as Grey Havens. As such, he is in a bit of desperation to liquify his assets for the purposes of relocating.
Why pass up such a golden opportunity?
