@ OG -yea i do need to get some picture updates in here. All of my kaya is finished might of been a week early but that hurricane put them on the ground because they weren't staked up, started causing rot and i figured hell with it. 23 Kaya's yielded around 13 pounds the first weeks of september. Still have out my northern's and swiss and some local i seed i grew that will go till late october,

Tell you what after growing the kaya it's gonna be hard to grow anything else. Her finish time amazed me she started flowering early july. Quality is great yield was awesome.

Im heading out in the woods today to cover up some holes that i haven't covered yet. Be on later today

peace guys/....tristynhawk

Yeah tristy, like I said, I had planned on Kaya this year, but wanted to shy away from Nirvana for various reasons. Next year I will run this strain pretty heavily. A pretty respectable yield. especially since you pulled it a bit early.

Corso312- One would think a fella who has been a member here for 3 1/2 years with 962 posts would know where to locate these seeds. And if not, then Kaya is a Nirvana strain, available from a variety of suppliers.

Nirvana Seed Co. Kaya Gold. I got the Fem Seeds and all have been female so far.

I'd Love to cross Kaya Gold with a Ruderalis and see just how fast a plant can flower.

i don't like nirvana..that explains it.... the only kaya i have seen is gold and by dutch seeds and never finish that early in the midwest

had a bad experience with an order some years back...ordered seeds and when they arrived of the 20 i received 9 were crushed...i emailed them and said "hey you packed those beans poorly and half the order is worthless...got no reply so i wrote them off as a no future business like i did with bc bud depot

if you keep writing companies off. Alice has always fixed screwed up orders even if the seeds just

what happened to pictures???~!!
well i was playing with my new mod powers and somehow deleted them...lol
Sorry, I still have the pics unfortunately i have no pics from the day i cut as it was kinda spontaneous i went to check them and they were a wreck everyone of them knocked down laying in the brush with broken stalks. Shoulda staked them up next year i will.

People around here are raving over the kaya they love it,

I made a cross with it on a local strain that's sativa dominant will grow it next year, and journal it here at RIU
Going to make some more crosses this winter with dr greenthumbs gear.

doubt it.. have placed dozens of orders through 2 seed banks and never been disappointed
So I guess your S.O.L. if those 2 seed banks don't carry Kaya Gold huh. I would keep an open mind myself.

Now on to the real topic at hand!!! HATE to hear about the girls falling over THawk hopefully you can salvage!

Yes i salvaged, everything worked out great for me.
Got my late october plants to worry about now.
Think i have 18 ladies left to care for.

@ corso- if you grow guerrilla i highly recommend Kaya Gold, she dominated everything else i grew this year. Wish i woulda loaded up on her, but i was just trying her out.
Did 65% of my grow in Aurora Indica and it sucked ass, got more from one kaya than i did all the AI. Leaf spot destroyed them, by time i found a remedy the damage was done.
Where as the Kaya was hardly effected by the disease. She with stood the drought and thrived in it, where as the northern lights were wilted every time i saw them.

Really looking forward to next year now that i can fight back against leaf spot....lol
