Another innocent murdered by illegals

Innocent women shot to death on the pier in SF by an illegal immigrant that should have been deported after 5 arrests in the U.S. But under obamas executive orders he was let free to go hurt more hard working citizens. This is what happens when you put your trust in a liberal president. He does not care about your safety. For all you liberals out there denying reality, I hope your family is next to get gunned down by illegals.

Murdered right in front of her father without any incident while they where vacationing. Before Obama became president, the law would have mandated that the murderer was deported, but Obama did not want this man deported and made executive orders to keep these people in our country. If it wasn't for Obama, this lovely lady would still be alive with her family.

I saw this story about 30 minutes ago. Other than the last name of the killer being Sanchez, is there ANY evidence he's an illegal immigrant? I didn't see that as part of the report, not that it would be uncommon for that fact to be left out of the MSM's coverage.

First off Obama immigration orders does not cover this asshole to stay. He should have been placed on a hold and turned back over to ICE. ICE had informed the San Fransisco police dept that he was to be turned over to them once he was finished with his outstanding warrant. San Fransisco police dept dropped the ball on this one.

You're absolutely right, we need to blame the entire liberal mentality, their complete fucking naïveté AND the POTUS for subscribing to the same insane justifications they use to excuse illegal immigrants from immediate removal. "DHS records indicate ICE lodged an immigration detainer on the subject at that time, requesting notification prior to his release so ICE officers could make arrangements to take custody. The detainer was not honored," ICE said in a statement Friday afternoon.


Kathryn Steinle was killed Wednesday evening at Pier 14 -- one of the busiest tourist destinations in the city.


Police said Thursday they arrested Francisco Sanchez in the shooting an hour after it occurred.




"His criminal history includes seven prior felony convictions, four involving narcotics charges," ICE said in a statement.


ICE briefly had him in their custody in March after he had served his latest sentence for "felony re-entry," but turned him over to San Francisco police on an outstanding drug warrant. At this time, ICE issued the detainer -- effectively asking that he be turned back over to ICE when San Francisco was finished with him.


But ICE was not notified. The incident is sure to renew criticism of San Francisco's sanctuary city policies.

Nope we need to blame San Francisco police dept for not realizing the guy should have had a "hold" on him. When you are able to recognize who is to blame you will be able to fix the problem

I am surprised that the police did not do their job, this woman might be alive, normally they do a pretty job.

The fault lays with San Francisco police dept. They should have acknowledge the hold that ICE had on him.
You should understand how this works, seeing how you work for the FEDS.

I'm more concerned about how the SFPD just released him with out doing a last run on his name. The "hold" should have came up. Guns are really to easy to get though. Attend a gun show and you would see.
