Am I crazy or are these Yields "normal" these days?

Im sure the co2 helps also . How many plants are u running under 6 lights . It sound like u have your system dialed in perfect and thats why you reap the rewards . But I noticed my yield didnt really change when I went from 2 plants to 3

Yes, they should. Back when I was in a 4x4 tent with one 1k HPS with this strain, I found that I would get 20oz +/- 2oz whether I had 5 plants with 4oz each, 4 plants with 5oz each, 2 plants with 10...never tried 1 plant for 20, but I don't see it as impossible at all....

I am mainly focusing on veg/flower time vs yield. People are saying no way do you get 10 pp indoor in 5 gallon coco with 28 day veg. I'm saying yea there is a way because I do it. It's the 28 day "short" veg that surprised me to get these yields.

Sorry I was a dick before tiptop, maybe you just missed my second, longer post, it just gets to me when this place used to be full of supportive helpful people for everyone and now everyone is jumping down my fucking throat because what I'm doing is apparently impossible and I must be making it up because it will benefit my life SO much and I can totally donate all those extra fake ounces I'm lying about to my patients. Totally. Rant over.

Also I'm sharing every detail I can because if indeed this isn't normal, I want everyone else to be able to replicate it and also yield what I do, that's what this hobby/business/medical (depending on where you live) is all about, helping each other advance our techniques. Id love it if someone set up the same exact room as I listed above and bought some Smile seeds and replicated what I'm doing to see if it's repeatable. Hell if you're legit medical I would even give you clones to make it even more repeatable. I'm not here to brag or piss anyone off.

I wouldn't worry man. Just shoot for an improvement each grow. Learn from your mistakes and capitalize on your successes. I averaged 0.17gpw on my first TWO grows 15 years ago. Thought I was cool as shit!

You cant have an intelligent conversation on this site.Everyone will call you a liar and say you dont know shit no matter what. You joined the wrong forum. These guys chase off all the good growers to make themselves look better. If they dont have good growers on here then their shitty plants will look good because there is nothing to compare them to. @hydrolyzed nice grow btw

Thanks guys. This run I am running 8, which is why I think I will get more than 10ozpp if I keep my gpw average the same as usual...I normally have 10 and sometimes 12 in there, 8 left two holes that would be filled perfectly with 2 more, and 12 @ 28 day veg gave me a little too much larf and fluff from being too packed into the 9x9 space after the stretch. Ever since I started MonsterCropping it's hard to visualize the stretch because they stretch outwards almost more than upwards, so you need to account for a lot of lateral growth when planning the footprint and when to flip.

Pics tonight as promised end of Day 40....things just don't stay up no matter what I do the temp or how much silica I add to try and strengthen the stems ...but, first world problems, amirite. I need to start using tomato cages because walking in there tying shit up.

Diabolical it's hard to get a pic of just one of the plants right now, but I'll surely take some when I harvest them one by one. 0919142159b.jpg 0919142159.jpg 0919142200.jpg 0919142200e.jpg 0919142201.jpg

wait a minute here...your getting 80 ounces in a room with 6 1k bulbs? unless i did my math wrong that room is way under performing. if i fucked up the math I'm sorry. i don't mean to bash but somethings fucked up here. now I'm totally confused. some one let me know did i do the math wrong?

When I run 10-12, I get between 100 and 154 was my best with 12 but too much fluff on the bottom for me. This run of 8 should put out at least 100.

That is why I don't know why, after I explained my setup, everyone was calling bullshit? I'm not getting 1GPW here, I was just surprised that I can pull 10+ oz, off of a 28 day vegged plant, in a 5 gallon pot. I thought that was clear from the beginning, but maybe it wasn't.

I didn't even want to post it but sometimes the bigger plants do put out 16+ oz, but judging from the responses I got, that would just be laughed at too.

Of course there are better ways to utilize my 9x9 space and get much better gpw, hell just switching the lights to vertical bulbs would probably benefit me....a SOG in stadium or vert in this high intensity lighting would be great, but I'm limited with plant numbers I can have, so this is what I'm doing in my space.

no you have a very nice room. nothing to laugh at. However in your show opener you said something to the effect of how you can't believe people r only getting 4-5 zips a plant and how your getting 10. was just a bit confusing is all.

Didn't mean to come off that way, sorry. I was just seeing people saying NO FUCKIN WAY you are getting 10oz in 5 gals with 28 day veg. Hell even people in this very thread said it. Where are you fucks?

haaahaaa. your a great gardener thats for sure. plants are beautiful.
Thank you. It's nice to just chat with like minded growers. That how it was back in the OG days, naysayers didn't really exist. I got SO much praise for my first bud ever harvested, it was a 3 gram top cola from a plant grow in miracle grow with a 70w HPS security light with tin foil pan reflector....If I tried to post that shit now I'd probably be banned.

The pics might lie a little about the health, if you check out my "other posts" you will see I encountered some issues with this run...a few defs while dialing in my CNS profiles, and my auto-watering system crapped out twice letting the coco get bone dry which is a huge nono. You can actually see it in the picture from the day I flipped, they are a little wilted, but they picked back up by week 2 flower. Also in the bud rot pic, you can see I have that weird leave twisting that I assumed was TMV, until it was proven TMV does not exist in cannabis, it doesn't seem to hurt anything so I don't worry about it too much.

Right now I'm just hoping the Botrytis stays away for these last two weeks :( I'm getting another 45 pint dehuey and turned down the AC to 78 hoping it will run longer and pull the humidity down.

I believe you. My worst yielding strain get's me 5 ounces of dried cured bud from 5 gal coco veg'd 30 days under a single 600. CNS nute's also. I don't use the ripe, only grow, bloom and hydroplex.
I used to use Grow, Bloom, Ripe but I started using CannaStats Nutrient Profile Calculator and started adjusting my ratios going by what the plants were telling me and I found that all I need to hit the numbers I want for both veg and flower I just need the Grow and Ripe. Using just bloom and ripe as the bottle suggests for flower made my particular pheno of this strain start to yellow badly before day 30, and the bloom doesn't have enough K for the first 6 weeks and I was seeing bad K-, but this is a K loving plant.

CNS doesn't get a lot of cred because it's a "Commercial Nutrient System" so I think people think it's a shitty "bulk nutrient"...but I've always had great success with it and it's super easy, and cheap. Also has carbs to feed the Roots Excel, and also the GW I dose at the beginning of each stage.

I just find the Ripe doesn't have enough nitrogen to keep them green enough. Hence the reason I use hydroplex at 2.5ml per gallon. The bloom at 2-2-3 and the hydroplex at 0-10-6 gives me a nutrient profile of 2-7-6. I only run 600-700 ppm in veg and around 900 ppm in bloom. My avatar is a Blue Mango in a 2 gallon pot of coir vegged 21 days and flowered for 65 days under a 400 watt hps. I could put more pictures up but I haven't figured it out yet since the server switch-over and loss of my albums.

It looks good man. I used to use HP but when I ran the numbers in cannastats, the way I do it with mixing Grow and Ripe in different ratios gets me what I need, for this strain at least.

amazing work.. people also need to realize.. with coco. a 5 gallon will yield more then soil 5 gallon..

I didn't believe it until I tried.. 1 gallon SOG half coco half soil.. the coco plants yielded almost double.
