They look like fuzzy gnats... and when ever you touch the plants they start to fly otherwise they just chill on the plants. My buddy said that he has them too and they wont harm anything, but when I was looking this morning, it looked like a bunch of flakes across my fan leaves
almost as if it was from eggs
??? or maybe... I have no clue!!!! Please any help would be appreciated, I just want to make sure its not going to ruin my harvest. And for those who are keeping up with my crazy 
cotton ball pistols thread, yes its on that plant as well and that could mean no clones!!!!! Oh NO!!!!!! sorry there is no pictures but my camera on my phone is fucked up. Thanks in advance as I know that the friendly helpful growers of this site have LOTS of advice for me...hint hint!!!! lol

the only nutes there getting is bloom booster, water, and 1 cup of apple juice every 4 days with its feeding.
Umm... 1 400watt hps bulb and 2 CFL bulbs
3 plants in 1, 3 gallon bucket
