hey fdd, i showed my 50 year old neighbor whos been growing for 30 years and using miracle grow like the whole time those pics of your outdoor and told him that was with age old, and I finally got him off the shit and using organics. its pretty rad that its so cheap and such a good complete organic nute. I use pura vida, it has everything except calcium but the numbers are lower like 622 cause its vegan. when I run out of the ridiculus amount i got of pura vida im def. gonna try the age old, twice as high npk and has all the micro nutes for half the price? sound bomb, who cares if its not certified or vegan, i don't anymore...

@ fdd or anyone who can help. im growing ak47. ive got some grow years under my belt. every crop @ 3rd wk 12/12 i get what looks like fert burn that starts on the tip of fan leaves then proceeds along the outer edge before closing in on the middle. my response is to up the nutes listening to guy @ grow store saying its a phos def. every crop with different nutes. ive used ionic ,gh ,fish emulsion and now age old. 4 gal bucket pro mix. feed ph 6.2 2-3 Tbsp gallon age old bloom with fossil fuel ,nitrozyme, greenfuse bloom booster all at full strength every watering and when i notice the problem a little cal-mag. is that clear enough?

Age Old Organics got thier start in Colorado. They are a small budget minded company. They don't have all the hype advertising which in turn keeps the price low. Being a CO native I can tell you Age Old Has been around for a long time on the local level. It has been a favored product by many CO farmers for years.
:joint::mrgreen: I am also pretty sure that the OMRI designation is some sort of Gov't organic control network.(pure speculation) The Gov't has been injecting animal tissues and hormones into fruit and vegetables. "The Food Modernization Act" H.R. 875. Google H.R. 875 and see for yourself or find Shelly Roche on youtube or on Judge Andrew Napolitano's Freedom Watch on foxnews.com. Scary Shit!

Tre274.... Plain & Simple - Overkill.... Sounds like your soil is overstocked on nutes (semi-toxic) and your pH is probably in the dead zone.
.
Check your soil pH first..... then get ready for some flushing.
.
pH some water to correct the high pH, which is locking out nutes and causing signs that are easily misread as other problems.
.
If you soil pH is over 7 (did I say if ?), flush with water pH'd to 5.8. Flush repeatedly, until the pH of the runoff water is 6.5 or under.
.
Then wait two days and resume a simple flowering (feed schedule), use some cal-mag and your basic bloom fert (at 1/2 strength), leave all the other stuff out.
.
Then as the soil needs water, water with pH adjusted water in the 5.8 to 6.2 range. Water, Water, Feed in rotation. Slowly bump up the feeding strength. Leave all the extras out.
.
Hope this helps....
Keep it Real...Simple... cause simple is Best......

Hey FDD that's a sick video man, amazing, the roots were as big as trees!
I was thinking, I have a saltwater fish tank and in it grows 2 different forms of macro algae. One is green and thin the other is red and looks similar to kelp. It grows very rapidly and feeds on phosphates and Nitrates (which are negative in a marine aquarium). I have to pull a bunch out now and then to keep it from overtaking my tank. If I let this stuff rot into liquid, in a mini-compost which I have already done (takes only days) would it be a good fert? I just thought, my protein skimmer removes all sorts of organics from the water and collects in liquid form in a cup... this might be even better. I have never treated the tank and only use org. food, but I do add instant ocean salt, and add elements and minerals like cal., iodide and strontium which is a concern for "pot"ential fertilizer. Would these organics contain enough salt water to harm my plants? What do you guys think?

yes, most likely a salt water from the sea I know would kill it. The salt, my best guess, would do a lot of negative things do to osmotic pressure, inlcuding kill any soil food web which yer plant has and needs unless you killed it and feed straight chem.
reading about the soil food web has made me a much better gardener. In hydro where I did okay I did not know even what NPK was but the words "NPK".

I just smoked some of my all organic grown weed and wow there is a difference I think. Yes, the "clearness" hit me like a mack truck. It was an early harvest buds, still got maybe two weeks to go, but wow this shit is top-notch. Killer. I am a happy man. Hours later still stoned. Now I can ease off the morphine at night, well only at night until I can become a super stoner again like in good old highschool where I first heard about magical legal mj. :)

(really getting sick has been a lifelong dream of mine)
