ADVICE! watering times for my system. my seedlings arent looking good

i am using a general hydroponics power grower and my seedling looks ok and is still growing but it has bent and it cant hold itself up. i have an air purifier, a fan, and a cool mist humidifier, 150 wat hps. i have 2 other plants in dwc and they r both stretching up. my light has been 12 inches up so i just moved it down to 10. Maybe they will stop growing up and weak. I also have mylar around. i dont know what else i can do. my temp is about. and 50% hum. my power grower feeding times were 1hour on 1hour off for 18 hours (as i was recommended) but that seems too much since she cant pick herself up. im thinking maybe she was getting overwater. But even then she still looks great and is the biggest of all 3. So i moved the feedings times to 15min on and 1hr 15 min off for 18 hours. They all have a light dose of flora nuts. I just dont know how to make them stronger. any thoughts??

hey u can move that 150 to bout 6inches from the tops and if u want to stop alot of the stretchin then add sum daylight or coolwhite cfls or git a mh lite. the red spectrum from hps will usually make ur plants stretch more then the blue spectrum from mh will. other then that im sorry i cant help u wit ur watering as i dont do hydro

I got a homemade aero sprayer deal and I leave it on spraying the roots 24 hours a day. Ten 360 degree sprayers, and a 400 GPH pump.

I'd blame solar flares personally.
