Cool, that's one way of doing it haha.So why are these so much better then than the current LEDs on the market? Thanks for the help btw I'm looking for low cost electric but strong penetration and strong light coverage
Not sure who replying to but- going with known COBS/LEDS you know the light and power you're getting.
I currently have one of the Roeladro cobs. My girls have loved it for veg and it was cheap and I got it when I had to setup super fast. Now that I have time I'm going for either Cree or Citizen I think at this point if go with Timber which heavily leaning at.

Only issue I have with adv. is the fact they publicly blasted numerous companies for stating the led brand and then the very next model they release that is one of their selling points. It's all about PAR, then it's all about the brand led next time. Lost me there. Especially since I personally know their manufacturer and exactly what they really have.

I have an advanced unit diamond xl-350. Love the fixture. great production. I go by the numbers not the personalities. I am not married to the folks, just the product.

Oh I agree, they do make a great grow light. But when deciding the products I will sell in my store, I have to somewhat go by the personalities. I can not market a company on one thing and then next week when the next model come out from the same company all a sudden say "it uses Cree led's" when just last week it did not matter what led's were used just b/c their current model they are unsure which brand led's it has. We have relationships directly with about every brands manufacturer. So, prior to offering a brand we find out what the lights are really made of and compare that to what the company is claiming. Just not a company we will deal with personally. I do agree with the statement platinum grow lights is a quality product, due to the fact they buy from quality manufacturer.
