I'll go in with anybody with good morals, ethics, principles, and business sense. I've been looking for a place to open my dispensary but want to find a partner to share ideas and spread the risk and work. I am honest and once you find out who I am you'll see I am a hard worker and can bring some notoriety to the business. If not, I'm going alone in Golden.

$30,000 is a bargain since there's a moratorium in Colorado until July 2012. The only way open a new dispensary is to buy an existing one. Good Luck to you. You might want to think about opening in California. I wrote a book to help people get in the dispensary business. Check it out,

Or open one in Colo Springs.... they are popin up all over there still

soon it will be like the construction industry...alot of people wanted to be a construction workers...flooded the industry.... now its hard to get a decent paying contract without being under bid by people who dont know shit

#1, choose the area you want to start. See if theres other ones there- if so the city probably is favorable towards it. It doesnt make sense to find a conservative area that doesnt want a dispensary and spend alot of $$$ litigating.

What I would tell you to do from here is to check out the free videos of attorneys we've made just to answer questions like at Cannabis College HQ

For example if you wanted to start Colorado:

These videos will assist you with where you want to be at.

If you have additional questions, we also do free live webinars where you can ask any questions you have to MMJ attorneys live for free, no strings attached. The key is to be as compliant and transparent as possible with your state and municipalities laws.

Best of luck in following your dreams.
