About To Open A Dispensary In Denver. Need Help!

I've been a caregiver for 6 months now and its time to open a dispensary!! I have money patients and great meds! but I really don't know the steps to take and paperwork to fill out.. I really need help fast! I have someone that says they can hook me up with a turn key operation for $30,000 that seams like a bit much to me but i don't know..

Are you talking about the one for sale in Aurora? If so I believe the city told him they would not allow a dispensary in their city and now he is trying to sell.

I've been operating the Americann Collective delivery service for several months with very little success because I am north of Sacramento, near Chico. Everyone seems to know someone who grows! So currently, I am raising about 15k to open a dispensary in Sacramento, where the city is 215 friendly. I'm working with a dispensary in LA that is paying top dollar for quality herb. Feel free to check out our dispensary in Colorado Springs. As long as you're a Caregiver or Patient you can come in look around. We are a non-profit cooperative so our model may not fit your plans but we can still help you with your questions. I also recommend Warren Edson and Brian Vicente. Warren will be able to give you everything you need to get up and running. $30,000 for turn-key seems pretty good to me as long as it included everything... like you walk in the door and help your patients ready. Otherwise prepare to invest ATLEAST $20K on your own to get up and running. This is just a minimum. Like i said, send me a PM and i will tell you how to find us. Good luck.

I want to know this same info about oregon...

The powers that be supposedly made it to where we can't have dispensaries here, but then there's a dispensary that opened up on the coast somewhere. I don't understand how that's possible.

Even where allowed in cali how do you not need a million $ to bribe people just to get started? Maybe the $30k figure was $100 for a business license and 29,900 for bribes. :)

the first thing you have to do is go the sheriffs office and ask them where u can open a dispensary or collective.. the next step is to start a non for profit corporation .. you dont own the business your the president and get paid a salary. if your in this for money your going to go under real quick... . then find out what paperwork needs to be filed to be legal..business license, sellers permit, tobacco license, zoning permits, fire permits all that type of paper work... get a lawyer and wait until the po come and shut u down.. hope that helps..:?

step one. get a lawyer.. or two

one that specializes in city, state, tax and biz law and another who specializes in state drug, marijuana, medical marijuana and federal law

I was thinking that I might make a shameless plug for a new dispensary in Denver. But on second thought, how could promoting a medical marijuana source carry even a bit of shame? The fight for legalization is far from over, but the good work of so many cannabis activists is working . . . well. The proof? Yet another dispensary is opening, it's being taxed and it's providing relief for the patients of Colorado. Who out there ever dreamed that such an event would become almost 'everyday'? Amazing.

Your site needs alittle work. Under Titan you claim 5 strains and only list 4. Sensible site is org not com. Contact area is under construction so no phone number? You claim 9 strains total yet only 6 listed.
Also couldn't find a business license listed for that name.
