A little assistance?

I too was in your shoes just a few months ago, first off, scrap the incandescent, get some cfl's, they are cheap, but they will actually work. Growing with an incandescent is a poor way to learn your basics as it will be nowhere near what you need to actually let the plant grow and toy with. The easiest way to get it down is just to pop a bunch of beans, and try, try, try again and again. You will get the hang quickly, just need to work on your basics.

id sugest growing 2 plants, since with bagseeds the chance of getting a female is not so great and if by some tragedy one plant dies you still have the other one to mess around with. a few cfl bulbs of a floro tube light witll do you well.

you can grow in soil with fertilizer mixed in and not have to use nutrients until much later, then when you need them, there are a few organic nutes

id sugest veing your plant for a month or 1 ft tall before flowering
