I think the 1st one looks like heat stress maybe with a combination of over watering. Is it flowering in that dixie cup? Is that a dixie cup (ie 12 oz plastic cup), 355ml? Not sure about the 2nd one. Im an outdoor guy so I never have checked ph, though understand the need for it indoor

DN my man, cheers for the advice hey.
Temps are not moving much, had a few cooler nights but averages 18-25 off and 28-35 lights on, not ideal at all :(
I hadn't thought to test the runoff, got both buffers as well, will test it tomorrow, thanks legend :-D
Yeah I feel you about the heat my brother been hot as fuck over my side been leaving the air con on 24/7 to keep the temps in order lights on 1600 watts lights on 26 lights off 20 so should hopefully do well this run but you said the Nc/candyland is not a big yielder but A grade smoke and that's what really matters.

The great thing is they smell very citrus like a mandarin its great opening the tent to that smell trying to not look at them much as it seems like they don't do much when you look at them everyday that's why

I like a recirculating systems and that's why my next run is 100% perlite again set and forget is what I enjoy top up water every 3 days and flush one a week or every 2 weeks if your lazy and your good to go
The bluelab guardian was the best buy look at the screen and all good

I know it sucks checking the run off but once I started its always helped me fix a problem before it gets out of control and effects yield its a must for every indoor order

I think you may be spot on mate, the heat has been against me this year, coupled with the overwatering and maybe a bit of root bound, it's a recupe for disaster!! I'll be checking pH religiously from here out hey!! Cheers for your help mate!!

Yeah bro, you've had it way hotter than me, I dunno how you do it!!
Spot on about the NC x candyland too, the nugs get very solid but not a lot of it, the smoke is wicked though. I like the sounds of the smells you are getting too, mine stayed really sugary sweet with a slight skunky smell, the mandarin sounds really nice :)
The recirc systems definitely work best hey, I think my issue has been too many strains at once, makes it too hard to keep on top of issues! I'd love to go back to my recirc but just don't have the cupboard space to do it!
My pH pen is a good one too, I just have to recalibrate it again....and maybe change batteries too!

@DirtyNerd you were right bro, checked the runoff when I got home and the pH was 5.6 (I usually pH to 5.9) and it was sitting on about 300ppm so there is definitely a salt buildup. Flushed them all and may do again tomorrow to get it gone and then will go back to 3/4 strength nutes! Cheers for the tip bro, I hadnt even considered it :-D

Glad I could help brother hope the girls make a full recovery

Only trouble when running lots of strains some plants love whatever you throw at them and some freak out

I think the reason I always have a bunch of strains going is to keep me challenged ;). learn faster
Ha ha I reckon you're right hey, I do enjoy running many strains, rather than just a couple! I like being busy, I just need to take the time to read my girls. This heat has screwed me big time this year though.

Gday Easty, I have finally gotten around to look at your journal. And it's looking good, a huge variety! Taking care of their individual needs is no easy job as well as dealing with the shit Aussie summers. You will get on top of it mate.
I am also having a little trouble with a bb X white shark. 12 days into flower and there are a few curling under and some bleaching of leaves.
image.jpeg image.jpeg
It is in with three other plants(all the same) and there happy as. Any ideas?
These are the others in the tent
image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg
If any one can she a bit of light on bleached leaves it would be much appreciated.
And finally my outdoor bb X shiva skunk. She a beauty!

Can't wait for this one. A big thumbs up to the breeder of this specimen :weed:

Thanks man, glad you got a chance to stop in, thanks for the props mate :)
Hmmm that bleaching has me puzzled, my first thought is there may be a hot spot there and the heat mixed with intense light may be causing the bleaching...weird that the other girls are doing fine hey...very odd mate. Is it only localised bleaching? It may be that the plant is sucking up more nutrients than the others and needs added water...now I'm cluctching at straws ha ha. They look damn good though mate, going to be monsters by the time they are done!!
Nice work on the blue shiva too, she is a beautiful looking girl and will also be a monster, mad props to the grower my man :-D

The bleaching is only affecting a few leaves here and there. I doesn't seem to getting any worse. But I just can't get the leaf curl to piss off. The other 3 are fairly heavy feeders and they are all fed from the same reservoir. So the problem could be there. pH is sitting between 5.9/6.1 I have been pretty lucky with the heat so far this year and there is plenty of air movement in there, so I think I can cancel that out. I guess I will just leave it to survival of the fittest!
They are big mate, I should of turned them at three weeks instead of four. I've had to pull roots out of all 4 return lines already. Saved myself a flooded tent!
The blue shiva is by far my favourite, it has a real intense berry smell. Can't wait to see and smell her in full bloom!

It's got me totally buggered mate, weird that it's only a few leaves on one plant. Could very well be that its on the same res but that just doesn't seem plausible...survival of the fittest it may have to be mate!
Ha ha man, they are so big already, the colas are going to be straight up beasts, love it!
I know what you mean about the berry smell on the blue shiva, all the ones I've run have had it, almost to the point of being sickly sweet, the stone is freakin awesome though, best of both worlds :-D

Update for Day 28 of flower. Things are looking a little better but now the ones I wasn't having issues with are having issues. I flushed for 2 days to remove the salt buildup and went back to feeding at 3/4 strength so I'm really unsure what's going on now.
Anyway, nutes used:
Coco a and B @ 3mL/L
Silica @ 1mL/L
Potash @ 1mL/L

I took a clone off the Sinmints, nightmare cookies, Plat D #1, Plat D #2 and BLP. All rooted within 8-10 days. I wish I had've taken one off the powernap now, she is frosty as hell and smells like a mixture of berries and skunk....I did hit her with some sinmints pollen though so with any luck, I'll see a similar pheno come through in the progeny.
