Damn, are there any bulbs, I could buy to change the watts?

dude them 24 watt bulbs will do just fine as for that young of plants its like anything else place lights 8 - 10 " away and every couple days lower them couple inches i would till your 4 - 5 inches away onc plants are used to it then you can run them 1 - 3 " away

they will do. but I would get the t5 that has the 54 watt bulbs next time. you can get a 8 bulb for 200 bucks that will veg a bunch of plants

yeah I would run them close as fuck. like 2 inches away. when I cut clones I use a stronger bulb than that and the bulb is like 1 to 2 inches away
