whats the best lighting schedule for :

Veg 12/1 ?
Flowering ?
clone room ?

I remember you saying something about 12 hours on, 5.5 hours off. 1 hour on, 5.5 hours off. for Veg?

would like some more info and links

i know the regular 12/12 and 18/6 but would like to try more effective methods.

Hey Neb, did you post that light cycle pic as a goof, or is that the real timing that you use? I've never heard of that before, but I don't know if I am willing to try that experiment.

The light times I posted are very legit. I have been using 12-1 veg for 6 months now. Never looking back. Save your equipment, plants love it, stay bushy and compact. 16/8 for seedlings. I start out in flower for 1st 2 weeks @ 11/13... go to 10/14 for 4 weeks, and finish @ 9/15.
